Lovely place to stay in Sepastopol. The home is charming, it in a good location to walk to restaurants and the grocery store, and the host was great with communication.

Heart of Sebastopol

This was a great property with a fantastic location. So many shops, restaurants and wineries are within easy walking distance. Would definitely come back to this excellent property!

This property was the most beautiful, thoughtfully stocked, spacious, comfortable and perfectly located VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. We were all in awe and in heaven during our stay! The host was very responsive and helpful! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

The host was so responsive! The house was well appointed, had nice and quality furnishings and accessories. It was decorated for the holidays in a tasteful and festive way. Small touches made a difference.

Wonderful property!

My family and I felt very much at home and even pampered with the luxourious bedding and beautiful Craftsman-style furniture and acessories. Our hostess was quick to answer questions and provided all the information and recommendatiins we needed for an excellent visit to this quaint and fun destination!

Adorable Craftsman house across from Barlow

Great location if you want to be within walking distance of main Street and the Barlow. Great outdoor area, comfortable beds and living room, well equipped kitchen, clean. Would definitely come back. Cathy even left us freshly roasted coffee beans.

Girls trip to celebrate 50th birthdays

The house was immaculate and very nicely decorated. It was very spacious and comfortable, and we loved being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this house. Cathy communicated the details perfectly.

Great location

This beautiful older home is conveniently located among many wineries, Armstrong Park, and across from the Barlow filled with great grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Airports are close too. Owner gives prompt attention. Parking is somewhat restricted for a larger van.

Vacation in Wine Country

What a lovely old home that has been remodeled and is a perfect location to walk across the street to the Barlow. The mature trees on the property made sitting on the front porch very enjoyable. There is also a great seating area beside the house home as well. The beds were amazing and everyone raved about how well they slept. Cathy communicated everything so well prior to our stay and I can’t say enough great things about this home and our stay in it.

Great house across the street from the Barlow

This was a great rental in all aspects...from the booking through check out. We requested an early check in as we were traveling with our twin babies and our host was gracious and accommodating. The location couldn't be any better for the wedding we were in town for which took place just across the street at the Barlow. Conveniently located across from a great organic local market which was a plus. Comfortable, spacious, and charming spot for our family stay. We would definitely return if we were ever to spend time in Sebastopol area again.

Beautiful House

The house was clean and had everything we needed, especially the kitchen. We were able to cook a meal for nearby family. The house was ready for us. The instructions for entry were clear and easy to follow. The drive to leave the property is somewhat narrow, so the driver needs to be cautious when leaving.
