Spectacular views, nicely updated beachy condo!
Great location, huge sun deck with plenty of sturdy furniture- loved dining outside! Shower for rinsing off and a hose for feet on the deck too. Exactly as pictured- Carolina Retreats is very professional and easy to work with. The king mattress was a bit worn on one side and one of the mattresses in the upstairs double room was as well. This didn’t impact our stay but wanted to mention it. Loved the minimalist decor, only useful things, no clutter and full kitchen. Topsail is gorgeous and we had so much fun at this gem of a rental!

Ocean view was spectacular.
The house was very nice and the view of the ocean was spectacular from the deck. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. The cleaning service for sure never cleans under beds or couches. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in a great location!
This property was the perfect size and location for our spring break getaway. It was also very clean and decorated nicely! We would definitely look to rent here again!

Great location and lots of outdoor living space!
We loved our stay at You, Me, & the Sea! Our family of 5 + grandparents enjoyed the spacious, nicely decorated, and clean accommodations and the convenient location allowed for lots of beach time. Extra points for the 4 tall deck chairs for watching the kids while they played, chaise lounges and outside table space!

Great Property
As a previous reviewer noted, there is no inside table but there is counter seating and a small bench with what could be used as a table. It worked well for us and we thought the extra floor space (needed with two small children) made up for the lack of table. If I had one complaint, it's that beach access is difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Apparently Surf City bulldozed a new dune a few years ago and won't let anyone build stairs to the beach until the new dune is stablized. So you're left with scrambling up and down a dune to get to the beach. I would estimate that the dune for this house was slightly under five feet but for some ocean front houses it is considerably higher. I know this is not the fault of the owner but it is something to keep in mind.

Good Place, but....
Caveat should be given about the lack of table for ones wanting to eat together, play cards or games, etc. We had a card table with us which solved that problem for us. No DVD player, but the afternoon of our final day management produced one for which we were most grateful.
