This waterside home is located on the wide-open water of Central Texas’ most popular lake, Lake LBJ, and more specifically on the Colorado Arm of this magnificent body of water. A longstanding Texas tradition and vacation destination for fun- and sun-seekers, this constant-level lake is nestled in the middle of the legendary Texas Hill Country. There are entertainment options galore! Swimming, fishing, boating, and sightseeing, just to name a few.

Completely renovated and updated on the inside, this home has been tastefully decorated and furnished with your comfort and relaxation in mind. You'll love the bright, open floor plan and the mesmerizing view of the lake. Be sure to take advantage of the covered patios and let the lake-cooled breezes set the tone for some much-needed R&R. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself drifting off for a little snooze.

There's lots of room for those with a big familia, including four bedrooms and two full baths. Let the little ones play outside in the yard without worrying, as this property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood at the end of a seldom-traveled road. While the kids are off having fun, go ahead and fire up the grill and grab yourself another ice-cold drink. There's no need to go anywhere, as the Rio Madera is equipped with all the essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
