Located just minutes away from Big Bear Lake, Highland Manor is the luxury mountain retreat you will not want to miss on your next vacation. This custom built home in the Eagle Mountain neighborhood is on one of the most desired cul-de-sacs, & backs to the eagle preserve. With four-bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space to have a party of up to 13 guests during your stay. Incredible forest views surround Highland Manor so you feel right in the middle of the wilderness.

As you walk into the entry of the home, a large great room housing a formal living room and informal family room split by a beautiful hand crafted stone wood burning fireplace. With picture windows surrounding the main living area, you have plenty of spectacular views to enjoy. The kitchen is also on the main floor and has been updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen bar. The open-style kitchen opens onto the dining room, which has access to two outside upper decks.

With space for thirteen guests in four designated bedrooms, there is a plethora of beds for each member of your group to make sure you get your must needed zzz’s after long days of activities on the lake or slopes. The master bedroom has a lovely king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom, complete with claw foot soaking tub, perfect to relax in. Bedroom two encompasses a raised Queen sized bed with lovely windows for forest views. The third bedroom has both a Queen bed as well as twin over full bunk-style bed – a great room for a family to sleep in. The final bedroom has two twin trundle beds; great for the kiddos!

With all the outdoor activities that are incredibly close to the manor including lake sports during summer months and just a short drive to both Snow Summit as well Bear Mountain Ski Resort and featuring one car garage parking, you wouldn’t think you need any more fun at the house. However, the garage has been completely transformed into a media/game room. Games include a Foosball table, air hockey, shuffleboard, and original Pac Man arcade game. If a movie is more your speed, relax in one of the eight leather recliners and watch on the surround sound projected screen. There are 4 flat screen TV’s in addition to the home theater! Highland Manor is a mountain luxury cabin living at its finest and is not one to be missed on your next Big Bear holiday!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
