Welcome to Third Street - there's a spot for you on the corner sofa. This charming single-level home is full of amenities and seaside-themed touches (yes, including shiplap!). Cooking is a breeze in the spacious kitchen, which includes a farm sink, dishwasher, and a coffee station. There's plenty of serving dishware (including one shaped like a fish) in the open cabinet. Younger guests will love relaxing in the built-in bunk beds, while the other bedrooms are set far from the living room so everyone can go to bed on their own schedule. Central air conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable through the night.

Love Mexico Beach - trailer could use some improvements.
We love the beach! We walked daily to the beach using the 3rd street beach access which was convenient. Beach wasn't too crowded which was another plus.

Walk straight to the beach
The pictures make this place look smaller than it is. I thought I was gonna have to crawl over the master bed to get to my side, but that is not the case at all. Let me be clear that large people will not like it here, but we are average fit folks and kids who had a great time. We are out all the time so I can’t comment on the appliances. The walk straight to the beach in two blocks and it was t crowded on a Monday or Tuesday.

NEVER AGAIN rent from VACASA
I had an original feeling of unease regarding renting from a third party, boy was I correct! Two days it took after multiple phone calls, chats, and emails regarding a completely non-working refrigerator. First stop to our destination was the grocery store of course as we planned to stay a week and cook ourselves. All dairy, meats, ice cream, produce were ruined, spoiled, and melted! But they did offer $25 reimbursement 🤦‍♀️. TWO DAYS, week-days, it took to replace!!

Great walk to the beach
In between PSJ and Mexico beach is my favorite, convenient to all and I like being in the central time zone. The house was cute, well supplied kitchen. AC worked great. Internet was too slow to run kids electronics but that is what we were at the beach for so no worries. Had prompt communications when I had a question. This is great value for the price.
