Quiet condo on the Intracoastal & steps to the beach - "Tidal Zone" at Sea Club

"Tidal Zone" 1 bedroom plus bunk bed nook, 1.5 bath in beautiful Indian Shores. The intracoastal and a kayak launch are steps from your door, and the beach is a couple minute walk across the street. A large, year-round heated saltwater pool is on-site and the Suncoast beach trolley stops at the complex. Shuffleboard court, fishing pier, picnic tables and BBQ also on-site.

We completely renovated our condo in 2022, including all new furniture and mattresses. We created a bunk bed nook with shelves and coastal barn doors on one end of the large living room to give our teenage sons their own space in our beach home. The queen sofa bed on the opposite side of the living room has a memory foam topper and a privacy screen available.

Work remote - a small office nook with a fold down desk is next to the bunk bed nook. This space can also be used as a changing area for the bunk bed nook, if you choose to put the privacy screen up in that area of the living room.

Coming home from a day on the beach or the pool and getting ready to go out for dinner is easy after we reconfigured the bathroom so that the toilet and new walk in tile shower is accessed from either the hall or the master bedroom suite. A large double sink vanity and changing area within the master bedroom, with a double-sided closet, offers ample space. The second bathroom has a toilet and large single vanity. The laundry room has shelving and racks to hang clothes and offers another private space for changing, related to the bunk bed nook.

The large master bedroom suite has a king posturpedic mattress with adjustable platform base, large bedside tables with drawers, changing bench, and louvered wood shutters on the south and the west facing windows.

The dining area has 4 bar stools as well as a table that extends to seat 6. There is also an expandable table on the private balcony, so plenty of options to enjoy a meal together! The balcony also has an outdoor loveseat - great place to curl up and enjoy a good book!

The spacious kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is well equipped with all new dishes, cutlery, cookware and small appliances (keurig, nutribullet blender, electric kettle, toaster, etc.).

Games and toys, yoga mat, beach chairs, beach towels... ultimate spot to relax between the intracoastal canal and Gulf of Mexico! Many restaurants within biking or walking distance, and since we stay in our beach house often, we are happy to give you tips on where to visit or things to do!

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside or outside on the balcony or stairwell. No pets. No loud parties or gatherings with more than 8 people.
