The University of Mississippi is the greatest college town in America. This 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath condo at The Mill is located just 2 miles from the campus of Ole Miss and the historic downtown square. It is 2 years old and comes fully furnished with a kitchen that has all the utensils and equipment needed to prepare your favorite tailgate food.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom downstairs, a king upstairs in room 2 and 1 queen & 1 full size bed in room 3. This condo has an upstairs and downstairs living room with plenty of room for relaxing with family and friends. Outside the back door is a small gated porch area looking over a small water feature. Great location for any trip to the wonderful city that is Oxford MS, home of the 2022 College World Series National Champion Ole Miss Rebel baseball team. HOTTY TODDY and GO REBS!

Perfect Location- very nice accommodations
We came to Oxford for our daughter’s graduation from Ole Miss. This was such a perfect place to stay! Everything was clean, and well thought out in the decor. Very charming place! Lots of space and own bathroom for each bedroom. We highly recommend!!!!!

Wonderful Condo and Amenities. Highly Recommended!
The property is beautiful, well furnished, clean, and is definitely a condo that I would recommend and/or stay at again. The property manager was proactive with communications and was prompt to reply to emails.

Great rental-Very convenient
We stayed at this rental for a football weekend. It had lots of room for our family to spread out and relax. The location is great! Everything was clean and check in/check out was super easy. Since the weather was still warm, my kids enjoyed the complex pool as well. We would definitely rent here again!
