**Want a taste of the Cannes Dolce Vita? Then book this perfect vacation spot which features the following floor plan:**

A beautiful living room, opening to the sunlit terrace with a view to the sea, furnished with a sofa, a smart TV, a coffee table and a dining table that fits 6 people.
An open-floor kitchen, fully equipped so you can create amazing culinary delights, or just make delicious coffee in the trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).
A first bedroom suite, with a queen size bed and a private shower room, and access to the terrace.
A second bedroom suite with a double bed and private shower room, with access to the terrace as well.
Separate toilets (but you might be glad they are on their own...)

- As the icing on the cake, you will have access to the building rooftop terrace (via the common stairway - only a few steps from your apartment), with a space specifically reserved for your apartment where you can enjoy a spectacular view (sunsets, fireworks, coastline...) and a secluded spot to sip a cocktail.
PLEASE NOTE: The rooftop is shared with another owner with their own specific dedicated area. Be respectful of each-other's space.

**IMPORTANT**

Day or night parties are strictly prohibited: this is a very quiet residential property and any noise disturbance will be reported by the residents.
Pets are not allowed, expect for very small size and only upon prior approval. Please ASK FIRST.
Smokers are invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After a few steps down your street, the Avenue Tristan Bernard, you'll be able to pick your favorite activity, all within a few minutes on foot (or a lot longer if you walk on your hands, or decide to crawl):

- Take a leisurely scroll along the famous Croisette seafront (1 to 2 minute away)

- Head to the beach of the Mouré Rouge for a dip in the Big Blue or just sit at an outdoor cafe to enjoy a drink or a sundae (any day, not just on Sunday). 4 to 5 minutes away.

- Convince the whole family (or friends) to join you for a Pétanque tournament at the Place de l’Étang. If they don't, simply watch other players from one of the outdoor cafes around the plaza (4 min. to get there)

For more activities, within 10 minutes by car:

- Pretend you are a movie star and take selfies on the steps of the Palais des Festivals (don't worry, everyone does that), or just go to work if you are here for a trade show or convention.

- Board a train for a day trip along the coastal Riviera.

- Use your imagination (and your good legs) to explore the center of town, but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets (like your own Parkour, but less challenging).

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you in any way during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for arrivals outside our office business hours (please check with us as our regular business hours vary depending on the season). Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
