Our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, a smart television in the living room and master bedroom. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, 1 extremely comfortable queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful garden view- you'll hardly know that you are in the center of the city. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

Nice Building and Location

The apartment is in an attractive development that offers parking--a big plus as long as you have a compact car given the narrowness of the parking spots. The owners and manager are very responsive and nice. The unit was fine, but could use some improvements such as working sliding doors, better towels and rug cleaning. Like most of Seattle, air conditioning is a challenge. They do have standing fans and one unit that connects to the outside, but we had to run it most of the time to get the temperature down and this was in late September when temperatures were in the 60s. Last, we loved being downtown where we could walk to everything, but it comes with a price--noise. Lots of it during the night. Bring your noise cancelling devices.

Fun in Seattle!

Really enjoyed the condo, garage designated parking spot in a secured garage, that it had a pool for the children, central location to many activities. Hosts communicated really well. Check in and out was easy. Would stay here again.

Amazing!

Ashley and Mike were very communicative and kind! The location is amazing and perfect walking distance from literally everything and anything you would want to do in Seattle! and the apartment itself is perfect.
