This apartment is ideally located, just a 6-minute walk from Place de la Victoire and Rue Sainte Catherine, and a 15-minute walk from Gare Saint Jean, so you can take full advantage of Bordeaux life in complete tranquility.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

The accommodation is composed as follows
- A beautiful, high-ceilinged living room with TV, sofa and dining table for 4 people, which can also be used as a workspace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, combi oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed on mezzanine, bedside table and storage space
- Bathroom with shower and WC

The apartment is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
This apartment is available for rental for a minimum of 30 days.

Transportation :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby at the "La Victoire" parking lot.
- Nearest train station: Gare St Jean 5 min by streetcar and 15 min on foot.
- Streetcar stop at 800 m Place de la Victoire - Tram B

Other remarks :
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Washing machine with dryer available
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
