Bayfield Condo Rental Boatworks unit #201 is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo 2nd floor property with elevator access. Approx 1500 sq. ft. Private off-street parking. Located across the Apostle Island Marina. Views from every window. Enjoy the views from the balcony

Main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dinning table that seats 6 and additional 4 seating at the counter/bar, living room, fireplace, television, bedroom with queen bed, and full bathroom.

The upper level includes a queen bed, sitting area with 2 futons, television, a full bath with large. jetted tub. Washer and dryer are located in bathroom.

The worst view is at the kitchen stove. Get out and enjoy Bayfield!

People & pet friendly. However there will be a special assessment cleaning fee if necessary.

This property was more than we could have asked for. Clean and functional. Lots of room. The upstairs loft area was amazing. A Private suite separate from room and bath on main level. We stayed with another couple and it worked out perfect. The location couldn’t have been better to everything we needed. View off of the deck was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again

This is a lovely property in Bayfield. We had a multigenerational family ranging from 6-71. The condo worked perfectly. Loved the location, within walking distance to everything in Bayfield.

This was an excellent location and layout for our family of four. The two levels were perfect since one family member needed to be on some virtual work calls and had the privacy and professional set-up to make that work. This property is in the hub of everything and nice view of the marina and lake. Instructions for check-in and check-out were super easy. We also appreciated the subtle labeling of everything in the kitchen to make meals easy. We would definitely rent this property again!

Another great year at this condo. We stay here every year in July and love it's location. Always can get in early instead of waiting until 4pm. So easy to park and get into it. Thank you for a wonderful memory with our family!

We loved this beautiful corner unit. We enjoyed being right in the downtown area (very convenient) and loved sitting on the porch watching the world go by.There were 3 of us, one couple and one individual. The space was perfect for us. Our friend slept upstairs. It is an open area (no door), but is a large area with a whole living room (more sleeping up there).The entrance was a bit confusing. The key box is outside against the wall by parking. There are two ways to enter.... Go through the door with 107 (address) to use elevator or steps. You can use the outside steps, if by chance someone mistakenly locks the main entrance door.Beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay in Bayfield! We were a group of six people who stayed comfortably in this condo.Among the many things that added up to our 5 star review-Great location-Well appointed kitchen and we appreciated the matching dinnerware and utensils. -Quiet location-Lovely porch.-Very clean-Clear communication-Sensible layout of entire unit.We would highly recommend this condo and hope to stay here again next time we are in Bayfield.

The 4 of us had a great stay at this home. It is very comfortable and had all we needed. It is ideally located in Bayfield. We especially enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is right downtown so we walked everywhere. The condo was beautifully decorated and the porch was so nice. We sat outside and watched the boats come and go.

Great location and so roomy. The loft was even bigger than I expected, plenty of room for all of us to have our own spaces. I loved the porch to sit in the morning and see the lake. We will definitely keep this in mind for future trips!

We had a beautiful stay! Applefest 2025 was a huge success for my wife & I. We brought two family members who have never been to the area and they had an amazing time. The space of the rooms was perfect, especially having two living areas for separate couples to enjoy. The pet friendly environment was perfect for our needs and it was great to see others enjoying that same opportunity in the area. 10/10 recommend working with this team for your perfect getaway.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Our 2nd year here and better than the 1st! Especially enjoy the wonderful early morning hours on the 2nd story deck when Bayfield is waking up. Hope the world situation does not prevent us from coming back for the 3rd time.
