This newly renovated modern farmhouse is centrally located near Dillsboro, Sylva, Bryson City, Western Carolina University, and Cherokee. Easy access to this property, road is paved to the driveway. One step up the side door and the rest is single level living. Listen to the roaring creek from the spacious front porch, enjoy the sunset over the valley views, roast marshmallows, star-gaze and fish for trout on our property!

In 2020 our daughter asked if we could do anything what it would be. We both said to own a house in the mountains... and here we are. This house is full of surprises and charm, and we hope you love it as much as much as we do. Our favorite features include the wide-open front porch, the calming creek, the historic double barn and, of course, the convenient location!!! Just a quick ride away to all you want to do in Western NC. Comfortable beds, including a triple bunk for the kids. Walk in shower, single floor living. Keypad entry. WiFi. Centrally located for whatever you're in the mood for: hiking, fishing, tubing, rafting, casinoing, visiting, or eating at great local restaurants and breweries. Come, stay/play/fish/relax and make this your respite away from home for whatever you do!

All you need is your toothbrush and toothpaste. We have worked hard to provide nearly everything else you may need.

A wonderful super clean, organized visit

This place is beautiful and so very clean and organized. I’m very picky about things being clean I walked around barefooted I would never do that unless it is super cleanThey didn’t forget anything. The house is cute easy to get to close to Western Carolina and that area. They have seen to every detail, great rocking chairs on the front porch to sit outside and enjoy the stream across the street. We took a walk down the street to just enjoy all the scenery which was beautiful. I’ve already shared pictures on fb about how nice it is and have shared the name of it to several people. I know they will enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you for sharing your home

Wonderful farmhouse in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this upgraded farmhouse. We loved how you kept the old charm with updated amenities, and it was in a great central location between Sylva and Cherokee/Bryson City where we spent most of our time exploring. We would definitely come back again.

Quaint mountain home

The pictures simply do not do this home justice! The property and house itself are absolutely wonderful! The owner has everything stocked and even asked that if they were out of something that we let them know. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were even given some suggestions of places to check out during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful, very clean and close to activities

This was a short stay just before Christmas to do the Polar Express for the first time with grandkids. Everyone had a great time. The house is very spacious. We especially enjoyed the separation between family and grandparents. Kitchen, dining and living rooms are all very large. Lots of room to enjoy a leisurely Saturday morning breakfast before heading off to activities. We'll certainly look for availability next year.

Perfect mountain house!

This mountain property is nothing short of amazing! The owners thought of everything! The home is very cozy and inviting from the moment you walk in! I loved the decor from the curtains, bedding and art on the walls! We enjoyed home cooked meals around the homemade dining table. Our boys loved their triple bunk beds. The fire pit out back and views are spectacular! The rocking chair front porch is where I read and enjoyed my hot tea. We will definately stay again next year!
