The partially covered deck is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing with family and friends. Deck furniture includes table/ 4 high backed chairs, 2 loungers on one side and the other side of the deck has double chair glider with table and 2 high back chairs and tall table.

Downstairs covered patio great for entertaining! Comes with 8 barstools and 2 bar tops, 2 large built in benches and table, large picnic table, outdoor swing, charcoal BBQ pit (Charcoal, lighter fluid aren’t provided)

Has outdoor shower for after a fun filled day on the beach, a fenced in area for small dogs

Master bedroom has a California king bed with ensuite, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin over double bunk beds.

Two full bathrooms- hall bath is shower/tub combo and the master has a walk in shower

Kitchen has been remodeled beautifully with all new appliances, large island, beverage cooler, dishwasher, coffee bar -has drip coffee and a Keurig Machine and comes with tons of storage

Living room comes with 2 lazy boy recliners and large section couch with 2 recliners also

This house has all the comforts of home- Washer and dryer, 4 flat screen TVs with streaming services in living room and bedrooms, and even has several board games, puzzles, playing cards, Wii and play station 2, several movies in case you don’t want to go to the beach and have plenty of fun at the house.

Small dogs (35lbs or less) are allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.
