Great set up & had everything needed already in the condo like toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels. Communication was great via text & property felt safe. Location was great-can walk to stores & restaurants / short drives to everything including the beach, jeddy to fish, walking trail behind the condo

Great get away spot! Will be back

Me and my friend plus our decided on a whim stay here, the BEST decision! It's very roomy and clean! Also GREAT communication.

July 2023 Stay

Very clean rental with beautiful decor. Reservation, check in and check out processes smooth. Great location. Will definitely use them again!

Easy check in and check out. Bed were very comfortable. Had a hard time with communication and the condo was dirty. The kitchen dishes and utensils had dried food on them. We washed everything before using it. The stairs safty sticker was old and of no use. The handrail on the upper stairs is coming loose. The flower bed had several cigarette butts and dead cactus. This unit needs attention.
Sink in master bath. Water wouldn't drain until I cleaned.

Great option if you can't find something near beach

We loved staying here. Normally we usually try to find something closer to the beach but were pleasantly surprised with this location. It is so close to where you get off the ferry and in the mix of the fun downtown area and close to so much including stores, restaurants and only a short ride to beach. We rented a golf cart from a vendor in town and it was so easy getting everywhere we needed to go because of the location. We also loved enjoying the onsite pool after a day at the beach. Everything was clean and the inside of the condo was very nice with comfortable furniture and appliances seemed new as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We had a great time!

Nice gateway!

I really like the condo. Very clean and nice decoration. The kitchen was well equipped. My only observations is that I did not had the sense of complete privacy because the door to the balcony did not have curtains so Idid not know how much people could see from distance. The condo is on the second floor in front of the pool.

Review

Overall our stay was very nice and easy, but some usual amenities were not available. I have never stayed in a place where there was not even salt and pepper in the kitchen. Perhaps I missed that in the listing of the place, but I would have been prepared knowing this in advance.

Perfect get away!

The property was very clean and affordable. The pool was centrally located and easy to see from the balcony to keep an eye on the kids. We felt comforable enough in the complex to leave belongings in the cart. Nothing was ever tampered with or stolen. My only compaint is that the king bed mattress was VERY firm. Maybe suitable for some guests, but not me. Also, I wish there were more cooking utensils in the kitchen and at least some salt and pepper. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Great location and condo was very accommodating

Overall, the condo itself was great. The Check-in process was flawless and conducted via text with the door code sent at check-in time. Not having to go to an office to get keys was awesome. My only complaint during the whole stay was both TV remotes had dead batteries and the neighbor below us kept complaining about our "footsteps." She kept knocking on our door and telling us that she is a permanent resident and said the buildings do not have insulation, so our footsteps were very loud. I have a 7 and 10-year-old who were excited to be at the beach and were playing a little more than normal - sorry? The complaints were all in the middle of the afternoon/early evening - we always abide by quiet hours after 10 pm. That hampered the enjoyment a little bit, but we did enjoy the condo!

This is a great place to stay. Listing was accurately described. We rented a golf cart and used it all week. There was ample parking and a nice pool. The hot tub is currently being redone. The only amenity that I would have liked was a full length mirror somewhere in the condo. The checkout process is easy as well. We would definitely stay again.
