The house can accommodate many sleeping arrangements with a Family suite upstairs (a queen, full, and twin bed) and a full bathroom, as well as a bedroom downstairs (queen and roll away twin bed), full size pull out couch in family room, and a full bath downstairs.

The house boasts an open concept with plenty of seating at the dining table as well as kitchen bar seating. Lots of games, puzzles, and movies to enjoy at the house, streaming devices installed. Need to work or remote school? We have a private office, large 2nd monitor and WiFi.

Covered outdoor seating on the back porch as well as seating around the fire pit. Large yard for outdoor family games of corn hole (boards in shed), croquet, and horse shoes. Or relax in the trees solo on a hammock! (provided).

Best of all, this house has convenient access to many mountain outdoor adventures in Old Fort, Marion, Black Mountain, and Lake James. Just a bit farther, visit Mount Mitchell, Linville Falls, Asheville, Chimney Rock/Lake Lure, Brevard, DuPont State Park, Catawba Falls (Opening Spring 2024) and many other waterfalls.

You'll find plenty of Multi-use trail systems that include Kitsuma, Heartbreak Ridge, Fonta Flora, Woods Mountain, Mackey Mountain and new trails from G5 going into Old Fort and close to many creeks (Curtis Creek) and rivers for fly fishing.

Large shed can be used for storing all of your outdoor gear. Plenty of room for bikes, fishing rods, tubes etc.
