Location, location, location! Newly renovated from top to bottom, this adorably chic St. John cottage is a must see. Custom designed beds with new mattresses hang suspended in each bedroom. Funky new lighting, fans, faucets and fixtures. No detail was overlooked! Huge updated kitchen with tons of counter or ‘dance’ space. Dine inside or outside and watch the boats go by. Private hot tub with gorgeous ocean views, perfect for a sunset cocktail after a long day at the beach. Chill in the hammock or on one of the three patios. Don’t feel like going into town, no worries... relax and watch a movie in the AC. Private drive with a massive front lawn where beautiful peacocks roam freely. All this and more with a one minute walk into downtown Cruz Bay! Come stay with us! PLEASE NOTE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION VERY CLOSE TO THE VILLA AND PRICING IS DISCOUNTED BECAUSE OF THIS. Week in St John
Great location, within walking distance of town. Great views. Construction wasn’t an issue. Probably could use a few upgrades, but we enjoyed our stay

Location and Views
Loved the location of the house. There were several things that need fixed but I believe the owner knows that. I understand it is on an island and you can't just go to Home Depot. The construction next door does make things a little messy but not the owners fault. Overall very happy and would book again

Best Views!
We were 2 couples staying for a week. We hardly heard the construction noise so it didn't bother us. The house was very comfortable, including the beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The porches were fantastic with great views. We spent several mornings and evenings just chilling on the porch. The peaocks were beautiful and entertaining. Great location, walking distance to everything you need. Will definitley stay here again!

Great stay
Chris the property manager is fantastic Great communication throughout our stay. Kitchen has no air but didnt matter because we were so close to great bars and restaurants. Construction noise next door started at 7am but didn't bother us. Beds were super comfortable and rooms were nice and air-conditioned. Outdoor space was perfect to take in the phenomenal views.

Amazing place!
My husband and I loved staying at the Peacock for our honeymoon!! It is in such a great location, walking distance to everything in downtown Cruz bay, and has beautiful views! Would highly recommend! Thanks again to Chris and Stephanie for all of their help with getting us there and for making our stay the best 😊
