Luxury renovated 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Villa just a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the Beach There is a large deck for outside seating located in Shipyard one of the best Ocean Front Resorts on Hilton Head with direct beach access. Remodeled with vinyl planked grey flooring, granite countertops, new designer white cabinets, and oversized kitchen island, and brand new stainless steel appliances. Open floor plan with kitchen view to living room.
Large master with King bed, 2 full beds in 2nd bedroom.

Enjoy a quiet setting overlooking the golf course from your private back deck. Located just steps to the beach in one of Hilton Head's premier gated communities. Owners & Guests enjoy resort style pool, beach house, miles of leisure trails, access to 3 golf courses & Van Der Meer Tennis.

Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.

Shipyard is located close to shopping and restaurants. It is near Coligny Square, Celebration Park, and South Forest Beach area. There a private beach entrance at the Shipyard Beach Club and 3 premier golf courses.

Bike paths are all over the island. Rentals are available and can range from bikes, kayaks, beach coolers, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, paddle boards, anything that is needed for the ideal vacation. Hop on the free Island trolly to get around.

Beautiful property, location & perfect fit
This was our first trip to HHI, our first family vacation of 6 & we were in town for a wedding. The condo was absolutely perfect for us as the wedding was at the resort in the same community & could not accommodate our 4 kids. The location was quiet, quaint & the interior was beautifully redone, spacious and clean! We are already planning to come back!

Beautiful and clean, better for older kids
This is a beautiful, clean condo located in The Greens portion of Shipyard, directly across the parking lot from the pool. It is a truly great condo BUT I would caution anyone with small children (under age 5) from staying at this location. The listing is misleading in saying that it's "steps from the beach." While it's one of the closer neighborhoods in Shipyard to the Beach-- it is a good 20 min walk with kids to the beach access (5 min bike ride but you have to travel light), or you can drive (loading up your car and bringing all the sand back with you). Having older kids who can ride their bike and carry their own stuff-- you could definitely make it a far much less stressful and slightly shorter walk. Also, the pool here, while beautiful and shady, it does not have a shallow portion that younger kids can stand in. Lastly, there were some safety concerns with the unit itself. 1) The keyless entry does not offer a way to deadbolt from the inside in a way that prevents small children from being able to unlock it themselves. Our 14 month old very quickly learned how to unlock the door and get out (in under 30 seconds) and start running out towards the parking lot! 2) The back door is also easily unlocked and does not have a safety bar to prevent the door from sliding open. 3) The back deck does not have a safety railing, so it is easy to trip/slip/fall off the deck. 4) There is a 3 inch high threshold leading to the stairs and it is a big tripping hazard for kids and adults, alike. (BRING A TRAVEL BABY GATE!). 5) The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked; however, toxic cleaning materials are stored under the unlocked sink cabinets and marked as "do not remove" and there is a plethora of breakable glass pyrex's stored in the lower cabinets. 6) Both bedrooms are upstairs and the master bedroom doesn't latch easily. The laundry is also upstairs and is very noisy so if you have small children that go to bed early, you can't count on running a load after they go down to bed. Again, this is a beautiful, clean unit. But, we believe it's better suited for families with older kids for all the reasons listed above.
