100 voet privéstrand in een rustige en exclusieve buurt. Word wakker met spectaculaire zonsopgangen. Kijk uit naar Power Island (ooit eigendom van Henry Ford). Kijk 's nachts uit over het water om de lichten van Traverse City in de verte te zien.

Dit volledig ingerichte nieuw verbouwde huisje met grote ramen voor uw onbelemmerd panoramisch uitzicht. Slechts 50 voet van het water (10 treden naar beneden). Elke kamer heeft uitzicht op het water. De keuken staat open voor de woonkamer en biedt een uitzonderlijk uitzicht.

Het huisje is onberispelijk. Onze enquêtes naar feedback van huurders uit 2017 hebben 'netheid' door 100% van onze huurders als 'uitstekend' en 'locatie' door 90% van onze huurders als uitstekend beoordeeld. Bovendien gaf 100% van onze huurders aan dat 'onze websitebeschrijving correct was' en zei 100% dat 'ze zouden overwegen terug te komen en weer bij ons te huren'.

Elke slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de woonkamer heeft een dubbele futon en een extra bank. WiFI is beschikbaar.

Het huisje is 6 mijl ten zuiden van Suttons Bay en 8 mijl ten noorden van Traverse City. Dit huisje ligt in een kleine zijstraat, weg van een hoofdweg. Een supermarkt ligt op minder dan 5 minuten lopen. Perfect gelegen voor de vele activiteiten van Traverse City en Leelanau County. Geniet van het strand, zwemmen, boot, waterski, vis. Een openbare bootlancering ligt op minder dan 1,5 km afstand. Geniet van wijnproeverijen in de vele wijngaarden op slechts enkele minuten afstand.

Verschillende golfbanen zijn in de buurt, één ligt op minder dan 10 minuten afstand. Als u de voorkeur geeft aan live entertainment en gamen, ligt het Leelanau Sands op 12 minuten rijden. De verharde Leelanau-route (15 mijl lang) is geweldig om te wandelen en fietsen is 1 1/2 mijl afstand. Het Vasa-pad ligt op 25 minuten rijden. Geweldig dineren en winkelen is ook slechts enkele minuten verwijderd.

Geniet van de vele herfst- en winteractiviteiten. Herfstactiviteiten omvatten kleurentours, golfen of wijnproeven in de vele nabijgelegen wijnmakerijen. Winteractiviteiten zoals skiën en langlaufen, snowboarden, rodelen en slangen, lef zijn allemaal in de buurt.

Best moon views on the bay!
We loved our time here. The cottage was very clean and well maintained. Thoughtful little touches that were so welcoming. There was a basket of snacks when we walked in, the fridge had a pitcher of filtered water and there was ice in the freezer. A fresh sponge in the kitchen and new bar of soap in the bathroom. The kitchen is tight if you have more than one person in there but it was definitely well stocked, even with small appliances. There was a listing of places to eat, shop and see while we were in the area. I have vacationed in this area all my life and this cottage had THE BEST views of the moon I've ever seen. We were graced with bright beautiful views almost every night.

Wonderful Week on the West Bay
My Wife and I had a wonderful week at Duane and Vicki’s place. To start with, the location and views were fantastic with it sitting right on the water of the West Bay. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck taking in the views. The guest house was very comfortable and stocked with all the needed basics. Duane and Vicki were very gracious hosts, and you can tell they care very much about their guest’s experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Duane and Vicki were reachable, responsive and friendly hosts with a nice property. The cottage was very clean and well-kept. Nothing appeared worn or stained or outdated. Cottage had a fresh and vacation-y feel to it. Photos are accurate, however, it seems like the waterfront may have eroded some since pictures were taken, as there wasn’t enough room to use the fire pit as we would have liked during our week - too near the water’s edge to fit chairs. Overall this was a good value and a pleasant stay.

Perfect Guesthouse!
My husband and I could NOT have enjoyed our stay more! Duane and Vicki were amazing hosts and the location and amenities were spectacular! It was exactly the view we were hoping for and so much more! The deck was perfect for relaxing and the cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed. Can’t wait to go back.

Quit & Private Cottage on West Bay
This West Traverse Bay Cottage was excellent. It is nestled between several full time residential homes. It is very quiet and private, and perfect for a couple (or 2) with the 2 bedroom and 1 bath layout. There is ample living space inside. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space to store groceries etc. The owners have made several very nice upgrades - AC/Heat mini-split in the main living area, new stove, new clear plexiglass on the deck. The grill was very clean and started first time. And the location is very convenient to get to Suttons Bay or Traverse City + the Shady Lane Market is a short walk. Would reco!

Cannot stress enough what a fantastic experience we had. Let’s start with the view, which could be seen throughout the house. Even when preparing meals in the kitchen. So clean. Sitting on the deck overlooking the lake at all times of the day or night was priceless. My daughter and I both slept beautifully on the beds. Our host was extremely helpful and friendly. Always making improvements to an already perfect place. Asked questions to make sure we were happy with everything. Short trip either way to Suttons Bay or Traverse City, each loaded with cute shops and wonderful dining. The whole area is absolutely beautiful. My daughter and I both agree we’d love to return. What a memorable time we had. We were so sad to leave. Thanks so much to the Amatos!!

Amazing location
When we arrived the property owner had a nice welcome basket for us. We had great weather for the week, the location was amazing, nice and quiet like we prefer, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable, amazing view!
This property is perfect! It is clean, comfortable and has a perfect view of the lake. Waking up each morning and having a cup of tea was perfect. The owners are also super friendly and helpful throughout your whole stay. They give great suggestions on places to eat and things to do if you are new to the area. We also took our own kayaks and put in almost every day. There is a nice garage attached to the house where you can store kayaks, bikes or strollers. This was our 13 month daughters first big vacation and the place was spacious enough for her to have room to play! Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay and look forward to going back.

This was the perfect location to explore the Leelanau peninsula and surrounding areas. And the house itself was the perfect place to relax and unwind in front of picture-perfect views of the Grand Tranverse Bay. We definitely hope to return!

Great location, beautiful property
Stayed here with my family including our children who are 4 and 1, we had a fabulous time. The beach area is great, just enough beach to play in the sand for the kids. Water shoes are a must. The lake house is clean and cozy with an amazing view. The owner was great and super accommodating. He even went so far as purchasing a new grill when the old one wouldn’t work. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely Lake house
We couldn't have been more pleased with this vacation rental. Extremely clean, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, all with amazing views. It is a great place to relax and recharge. Beautiful cottage on the bay
Friendly, helpful owners right next door. Aqua shoes are a must for access to the water. Don’t forget sheet sets and towels for your stay. Great location for all our activities in the area. Absolutely stunning view from the deck and in the front room of the cottage. Wear your life jacket on your kayak or SUP. The Sheriff is in the area. We have stayed at many different VRBO properties in this area. This is definitely #1.
