Step through the front door and find yourself welcomed by a stylishly updated and beautifully appointed luxury resort home. After an adventurous day on the golf course or enjoying one of the many nearby hiking trails or attractions you'll find abundant space in the home to spread out and relax. With a bright and spacious living room and game room, three king-size bedrooms, and bunkbed room everyone in your group will find a perfect space come together or to slip away and call their own. The expansive master suite is situated on its own wing offering substantial space and privacy. With six large flat-screen TV's your never far from the action, including 65” TV's in the living room and pool table room. Step outside the back doors and find yourself surrounded by a beautifully landscaped resort style yard, complete with heated and cooled infinity-edge pool, outdoor fireplace, outdoor big screen TV, outdoor dining table and abundant lounge seating. Soak up the warm AZ sunshine in one of the poolside loungers or beat the heat on the warmer afternoons on the oversized shaded patio complete with professional misting system and dual ceiling fans. After taking in the dramatic AZ sunset, the patio and surrounding back yard come to life with inviting landscape and ambiance lighting so you can keep the enjoyment going into the evening.

House Rules
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard
*No pets allowed
*Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
*Pool heat is included but temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather
*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily.

For your safety and security, there is a ring door bell located at the front door.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
