This is simply an exceptional 5 star chalet: The One and only for you! Quiet location, near the centre of town. You will love winter here, making the most of your stay in this beautiful new chalet with original and functional architecture.

You'll be able to enjoy a 360 ° view over the village, the resort and the surrounding nature. Everyone will find their own space within this vast outstanding mountain retreat. The south facing terrace, the stunning indoor pool, the heat of the sauna... this place will offer optimum comfort for an unforgettable sportive or relaxing week in Morzine. Concierge service.

When you enter the chalet, you’ll feel as if you have slipped between the pages of an interior design magazine. Original wooden features are enhanced by the high-quality materials used for the renovation and the refined furniture — all highlighted by the play of light in the living area.

You can relax in the large living room, or gather around the large dining table or bar, or linger between the two, where you’ll find the sleek kitchen with a breakfast area and a glass floor, which looks down on to the swimming pool below! For your home entertainment, you'll have access to high-speed Wi Fi (Fibre), a smart TV (My Canal, Disney+, Netflx etc) and a SONOS sound system.

For your comfort, a ski-room is available. You will also find 2 indoor parking spaces + 3 outdoor ones.

Please note: 2 extra single beds are available in a small open cabin mazot (no privacy) within the chalet.

Please note: - the garden at The One Chalet is not enclosed. - Inside the chalet, there is a Petit Mazot with 2 extra beds. These 2 beds are in addition to the 11 beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.
