The living room features sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. Step outside to find cozy seating areas on the terrace where you can lounge and soak in the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The house also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom has a king bed, and the second room has a cot, perfect for your kid. A third room has a convertible sofa bed and piano. All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Despite being situated on a quiet street, the neighbourhood buzzes with life, boasting numerous trendy restaurants and shops. Everything you need is conveniently located nearby.

Welcome to Paris, on the edge of the water! Whether you like crazy Parisian nights or peace and quiet, you'll definitely be seduced by the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin. A picture of Parisian lifestyle in the 19e arrondissement, on the right bank of Paris, with the indolence and casualness of fluvial life.Close to the main tourist attractions of Paris, accessible through several means of transportation, the neighbourhood offers the luxury of being in Paris with your feet in the water! By the way, during the Summer, the Bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). There, children and grown-ups play boules, do pedalo on the canal, and improve their tan comfortably installed on a deckchair or the sand under the very welcomed water sprays while sipping beer or Perrier... It's like you're on the Riviera! (Well, I might be exaggerating a bit...!)Walk outside the apartment, take a walk along the quays on the banks of the canal and watch the boats come and go; go a bit further to the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge. Push the fluvial experience so far that you will think that you're Jack Sparrow. Sit at a table at La Bulle and order a traditional French meal with a smile before catching a movie in one of the twin MK2 cinemas, a play at the Centquatre, or perhaps a concert at the Point Ephémère.Between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Jourdain, is just a one-minute walk.

Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport is about a 35-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
