We recently completed our two-week stay at your condo and truly enjoyed calling it home. While we have vacationed at Amelia Island for the past five years and typically stay in a different location each time, we loved our stay so much that we will definitely be booking with you again.

I wish I could give a negative about this Fernandina Beach condo, but there just isn't one. Anyone wanting to rent a great place...look no further. The problem is now more people are aware and opportunities will be limited.Ms. Carr was super and kind in every communication with her.Thank you for a wonderful vacation largely because of the accommodations.

Close to the beach and downtown. Pool was clean and only steps away from the front door. Beautiful view from the porch. We would go back if the opportunity comes up

Master suite was spacious and accommodating. Loved that each bedroom had a bath. Location is perfect for beach, dining and downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd year staying in this beautiful condo for Spring Break! We love the location and size of this condo! Easy beach access and a large balcony are also benefits of staying here!

Got there. Cleaning crew still there even though it was 5 pm. Elevator did not work and I had a 86 and 76 year old going up and down stairs. There was no warning that the elevator was out.

Family friendly. plenty of bedrooms and baths. Host treated us to plenty of amenities (hand soaps, detergent, trash bags, TP)- plenty to get of thru... very nice!! Beach, Cozy and great proximity to the beach.

Barbara our host was wonderful! Made several suggestions of things to do during our stay and the Amelia Island Cruise tour was great! We absolutely love her condo and can't wait to come back! Perfect location to watch the sunrise over the ocean, close to several restaurants and also perfect for people watching. Very comfortable and great amenities! Only problem was that we didn't book it for longer, we now know for next time!

Lovely condo with a nice view of the ocean. Great access to the historic area. Yet just far enough away to be quiet. Very family friendly area and wonderful spot to walk your dog.

Spacious, dog friendly condo! Large kitchen, living room area, close to the pool and short walk to the beach! We had a great view of the ocean from our outdoor patio. We will definitely stay here again!

Host was super easy to talk to. Unit was very spacious for 3 families and 3 small children. Unit was very accessible to the city park, Fort Clinch and restaraunts! Plan on coming back every year now!!

We enjoyed the location. The condo was in ok shape. Could use some tlc and a new battery for the garage door opener. The condo agreement form required by the owner was unnecessary since there's already an agreement through vrbo.
