20th Arrondissement is an excellent location for exploring Paris. The Place de la Nation, Parc de Belleville, Père Lachaise Cemetery, Tomb of Jim Morrison, Saint-Ambroise, Paris, Great Mosque of Bagnolet, Belvédère de Belleville, and Square des Amandiers are all nearby. The Gambetta station is only steps away, and the Pelleport station is only a 7-minute away. The Paris Gare de Lyon station is only 3.2 km away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as La Bellevilloise, Le Perchoir, and La Maroquinerie. Cafes, such as Chez Prosper and Moncœur Belleville, are also nearby.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station is just a 6-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Note: The apartment will be cleaned for your stay however we request you to do regular cleaning of the apartment, the windows and bathroom otherwise the cleaning team might have to bill you a supplement at the end of your stay.

Also, please note that we tried our best to include all the charges in the rent but in case we see that the consumption has increased abnormally during your stay we might as you to regularize the bills.
