Steps to the beach and park you have easy access to all there is to enjoy along the shores. Just a block from Avenida De La Playa with restaurants and shops and a quick jaunt up Torrey pines to La Jolla Village. You will love the tide pools, sandy beaches, rocky cliffs, clear blue water, the La Jolla Caves and miles of winding ocean front paths. Snorkeling, kayaking and swimming with sealions at your side is unforgettable! Let your kids play on the playground directly across the street and then enjoy a wonderful dinner at the Marine Room later that evening. The sound of the crashing waves will lull you to sleep at night.

Our home is tastefully designed with thoughtful attention to detail. Enjoy endless sunsets and expansive ocean views. Boasting nearly 1,400 square feet of living space that features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen with all SS appliances, and pantry. Enjoy views of the Pacific ocean while preparing meals in the kitchen, enjoying a meal in the dining room or just hanging out in the living room. A generous patio space to enjoy sunsets and relax.

Oceanfront Location

Unbeatable location across from the beach and steps from the main street of La Jolla Shores where you find cafés, restaurants, shops. Well-appointed, spacious unit with parking and outdoor space. Very friendly neighbors. Highly recommend.

La Jolla Shore Stay

Our stay was wonderful. This property is clean and well managed. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants and the beach. We watched the sunset every evening from our own private patio. The ideal spot!

The condo was very clean and communication with the owner was satisfactory. The location of the condo is also fantastic because of the close proximity of everything around it. Everything was accessible and clean in the condo.
