Welcome to “Beachy Keen" - our 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home in Seagrove Beach.

LOCATION:

Just steps from the sugar sand beaches of the 30A, this cozy bungalow is nestled in the Sugar Beach community of Seagrove Beach.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

This beach retreat warmly welcomes up to eight guests with a large front porch, seating, and porch swing.

As you step inside, you're greeted by an open plan living/dining area with plenty of couch seating. The dining room area provides table space for six with an additional three seats at the breakfast bar. The home's window nook is the perfect place to retreat with a good book.

The kitchen offers everything you will need for your stay, including fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric range, and oven. Along with ubiquitous cupboard space, the kitchen comes complete with all the cookware and cutlery you will need.

Just off from the living room, you'll find the master bedroom, which offers a king-sized bed and a renovated full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom two comes with a queen-sized bed and convenient access to a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) just along the hallway.

Bedroom three comfortably fits two twin bunks that can sleep four children. Adjacent to the bedroom is another full bathroom (shower/tub combo) Each bedroom comes with its own TV and drawer/closet space.

At the rear of the home, you'll find the laundry area with access to a washer and dryer, as well as an extra sink. Stepping outside provides entrance to the large screened-in back porch. There is also an outside shower to wash off after a long day at the beach, and an outside closet to drop off beach gear. The home's large driveway comfortably fits two vehicles.

AMENITIES:

The home provides full access to The Village of Sugar Beach private swimming pool and is only 200 yards to the Beachwood Villas public beach access. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and gear rental facilities.

The home provides a six-seater golf cart, four bikes, some beach gear (chairs, toys), a grill, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

You will find everything you need in the home to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities:

NOTES:

The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.

This home is strictly non-smoking.

Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.

Only persons over the age of 21 that have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the home's golf cart.

Comfy and convenient
Pros: Enjoyed the house- comfy bed and living room, great master shower; cooked in most nights without problems. Great location for walking to beach etc.; management was responsive to inquiries. Nice Beachy decor. Cons: house needs some improvements; I mentioned some when I called but we didn’t want to be bothered with repairs while we were there. 1. Dish washer soap dispenser door doesn’t latch 2. No TV instructions, and no Toshiba remote for main TV; had to turn TV on/ off and adjust volume by reaching in back of TV. 3. Most blinds in living room won’t open as the part is missing ( unless you want to roll all the way up); I saw that it was mentioned in September but still not repaired. 4. Main disappointment: new house construction next door- very noisy, preventing enjoying being outside. Had one sleepless night with wind that affected the wrapping on the house construction- terrible noise. We would not have stayed there had we known of the construction. We realize homes are going up many places but we prefer not being in that situation.

It was ok for the price.
It’s a pretty modest unupdated house. No garage and no comfortable outdoor area. Decent front porch but terrible furniture. It is a short walk to the beach, but listing fails to mention the quickest route is not accessible by car or cart. It’s on a dead end that is gated to the road on map. Not terrible for the price but the golf cart is definitely bait. Bike tires all low with no way to inflate. Dryer vent clogged. Old beds. Get what you pay for.

Perfect Beach House
The stay was a 10/10. The location to the beach and shops/restaurants, the accessibility (especially with the included golf cart) and the space within the home were superb! The home was incredibly clean, fully stocked kitchen, spacious fridge, FULL size washer and dryer (which was a huge bonus with having children!) and the street was quiet and quaint. My only complaint is a few of the blinds were broken and missing the part to turn up and down- but aside from that, our stay was perfect!

The pictures made the house look alot larger than it was but it was good. There were a few light bulbs out and the pool was small from what pictures showed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return!!

Family of 5 2023 Summer Vacation
Great house for a family of 5. We traveled with a 7,12,16 yr old. Perfect location. Having the gas station on the corner was very convenient for ice etc that was needed for the beach. Great street to let the kids ride bikes through.
