Awesome for adults
This house was very pretty. There were some quirks that I did let the property manager know about already. There’s no access inside the home between the upstairs and downstairs. It’s well kept beautiful. What you don’t see in the pictures is the monstrous house across the canal that really takes away from enjoying the beauty of this homes location because you have to look off to the sides around it. It is really a convenient home for coming and going and getting places. Beaches are maybe a 10 minute drive to bayside and 30 min to an hour (depending on lives at the ferry) gulf side. Shopping isn’t but 10 minutes away nor is the nearest Walmart or H-E-B Overall we really enjoyed hanging out and fishing in the canal when we were there in the evenings. We made a point of being gone in the afternoons because of the construction on the monstrosity across the way If this house was maintained well and fixed the way it was intended to be I wouldn’t mind paying the price that we did

Labor Day getaway
We wanted to get away for Labor Day weekend, and this place was really nice and on the water. You can tell the house is well loved, but the amenities offered are great! We took the canoe out to the lake a couple of times, and the views were absolutely stunning. Everyone around was so friendly as well. I love that this property has two levels and great views from both. The downstairs section is not connected to the upstairs through the house, but there were staircases on the front and back of the house that made going up and down easy. I reached out to the property manager regarding a broken fan, and they got back to me fairly quickly. Overall, the stay was great and we’d consider coming back.

Quick Family Getaway
Property was very nice. 1 of the bedrooms is downstairs and entry is from outside, so some privacy for one room. We enjoyed our stay here!

We loved our stay in Rockport and the house we rented was perfect. The only complaint we had was all the mosquitos out front that would swarm our car. Perhaps hiring someone to come spray for mosquitos would help? We loved our time there and will definitely be back!

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Fishing was good and it was very peaceful even on Memorial Day weekend.

Great stay
The property was in a fabulous neighborhood very quiet and relaxing. Great fishing spot and the amenities were off the charts. The owner of the house was super quick on answering. The house was beautiful and enough pots and pans for a family. I really wish we could have stayed longer. Great stay and hope to come back one day. Plenty of space and comfortable on the back porch. We had a blast and cannot thank you enough.

Awesome Property!
Awesome house on a channel right next to salt lake. House has everything you need and then some; including a buck hunter arcade game in the bottom room! Convient to fishing and not far at all to bars and restaurants. Checkin process was a breez. Would definitely stay again!

Bbq pit didn’t work look like it was clogged with old pellets house was not cleaned very well . The fishing lights that showed on the pictures didn’t work.

Relaxing and Comfy
We loved our stay at this property. It was nicer than expected. Mornings and evenings on the water in Rockport are breezy and cool enough to enjoy the upstairs deck, and the deck is big enough to accommodate everyone in the party and more. The beds are very comfortable. We did not use the pull-out bed, but the sofa was soft enough to sleep on. The main living and dining areas are upstairs, so if you have elderly or handicapped people in your party, you’ll need to find another place to stay. We would definitely stay here again! The sunrises and sunsets were amazing!

Pictures do not do this place justice, it is beautiful! The property owner was super generous and let us check in a few minutes early and was available when we needed him! Highly suggest this place!

Awesome getaway from the city
It was such a peaceful and extremely relaxing place. We bought groceries for the days we were there and then just chilled. The ambiance was very tranquil. The neighbors were quiet. I would go sit outside early in the morning and in the evening and all I could hear were the fish jumping in the canal. My husband and son had so much fun fishing and catching fish. There were even some 🦀 s. The house was so awesome and the rooms were awesome. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and had their own restrooms. The living room/main bedroom were so relaxing and the views amazing. The kitchen had nice views also. The first floor room was situated in a nice section and very nicely set with a walkway and outside sitting area. Would TOTALLY go back in a HEARTBEAT!!!! Michael was so helpful and readily available to answer any questions. Thank u for a wonderful vacation experience!!!!! This place is a MUST STAY AT place.

Fun, private canal home!
We LOVED our stay here! It’s a very private, quiet area. We fished right off the back of the house, tons of good bites in the canal. The home itself is great, it was the perfect amount of space for our family. The owner was very easy to contact and everything was ready to go even though we arrived early. We will definitely stay here again!
