Perfect for solo R & R
I enjoyed this property. Pool was beautiful, room was spacious, comfortable & quiet! Only thing is the coffee maker didn’t work so I had to go down the street for coffee UGH! Wished there were a few more pots but I made due with what I had. Enjoyed the patio & the security of the building! Will certainly consider staying again! Thanks!

Weeklong stay in Jax
Overall, positive! Great location, good amenities, easy parking, beautifully furnished (the velvet couch and leather chairs 😍). It did feel like a "newer" rental though (no info on checkout process, no bowls in the kitchen, a single butter knife in the cutlery drawer), and I regretted buying k-cups since the Keurig did not work. Small areas I'd consider improving (if this were my VRBO) would include: higher quality sheets on the bed, blackout curtains as an option for the bedroom window, furnishing the kitchen a little more, and I'm a bit pickier about the tiny things being pristine and/or washable (like I would never have "spot clean only" pillows even in my personal home, since I feel those can't be cleaned/sanitized, and I don't feel great about using kitchen sponges in others' homes). Overall, wonderful little VRBO, we would definitely rent again (and plan to bring our own French press to avoid any coffee maker mishaps 😉).

Property manager uncommunicative and unresponsive. Information to gain access incomplete (wrong codes). The barest of essentials (2 rolls of toilet paper for a ten day stay). The floor was sticky and did not appear to have been cleaned.

I had to ask on the day I was to arrive for check in info since it wasn’t updated on the site; they got back to me fairly quickly with the info and said it was a website glitch. When we arrived at midnight the door which was supposed to be unlocked was locked, and we couldn’t get anyone on the phone for an hour. Eventually someone answered and told us that a different apartment was in unlocked and we could stay there. So we were able to stay in an apartment, but it wasn’t the one I booked and I wouldn’t have booked it if I had a choice. It was clean but not the one this review is for. I asked the next day if we could move to the original one I booked, since the furniture and bed looked much nicer, but they said it had a leak. They apologized for the inconvenience but only after I messaged them. Overall it was a strange and disappointing experience. Nothing wrong with the apartment we ended up in (except and uncomfortable bed) but not what I booked, and very little communication.

The unit was clean and everything was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. It is a typical apartment where some nights were noisy and some were quiet. I felt secure the whole time I was there and appreciated the gated community.

Beautiful space and complex!
Truly enjoyed combo business/leisure trip. Great facilities (pool, workout room), great mattress for good sleep, great little patio to sit out on! Felt safe when by myself to start trip. As pictured. Only downside was lack of cooking/silverware/kitchen stuff-we like to cook a few meals and breakfast in and streaming se t vice only tv. Also Google and Waze took us a block down the street and across the street. Maybe some more landmarks in directions. Across the street from... Thanks for an awesome stay!

Perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway.
Perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Everything you need or want within just a few minutes. Will definitely be back. The only thing I would suggest would be a black out shade/curtain option in the bedroom for naps or people whom would like to sleep in on their getaway. Check-in process was clear and easy!

Fantastic Condo and Location
This was the perfect spot for our trip to Jax. The property was super close to the interstates. Plenty to do within minutes. The condo was spotless and as described. Monica is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great week in Jacksonville!!
We had a great experience at Monica's appartment. It was really beautifully decorated with all amenities you could ask for. The pool, gym, lounge area, and grilling options were stellar. We really liked the location as we were just a short drive from the beach and other local attractions. I'd highly recommend Monica's place if you are staying in Jacksonville
