The house was absolutely filthy! Bed sheets not changed since last guest! Nasty, nasty house!

This was the worst house we have ever stayed in as far as cleanliness. There was dust covering everything, it was even hanging on walls. The bed sheets had NOT been changed from previous guest. There was hair, slobber marks and dirt on the sheets and you could still see the wrinkles from where they slept. The toaster was nasty. The sinks still had toothpaste spots on them. The shower pressure would go down to a dribble and then completely stop while taking a shower. We got there around 10pm and by the time we got unpacked saw just how nasty the place was and called Jennifer with The Carolina stays team and she came an hour later with new sheets and put on the beds. (We brought our own comforters) It was 1am before we could lay down. She apologized and said we would be refunded our cleaning fee. Even though we lost hours of sleep she never offered anything else. She was nice but acted like it was no big deal with the nastiness and that it happens all the time. If it had not been for us getting there so late and needing to get up early for skiing we would never had stayed in that dump! We have pictures but I’m not given an option to load them to this review. Please save your health and money by not staying in this nasty place!

Great Location; Vast Improvements Needed

Pros: This rental is a great location for skiing. Cons: Kitchen does not have the bare minimum necessities for cooking - no bakeware (e.g., baking sheets), no measuring spoons, no mixing bowls, no pantry items (not even salt or pepper!!), several lightbulbs did not work, fireplace did not work, water pressure is extremely low and nonexistent if kitchen sink water is being used, and carpet needs to be replaced as stained and torn. Rental company requires a rental agreement - AFTER you have booked and paid for the rental (nonrefundable) and before providing the access code. Buyer beware. Rental company is non-responsive and guests are required to wash and dry towels, wash and put away dishes in dishwasher, and take out the trash. Taking out the trash is fine, running dishwasher is fine, but who has time to wash and dry towels when checking out? Threatened with $50 charge if do not comply. I would not stay here again if skiing at Beech.

Fantastic Location to the slopes

Check in was a breeze. The chalet was clean upon arrival. The location is perfect and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Great family cabin

Great cabin for the weekend. We enjoyed the fire pit and all the wildlife that came to visit. Trash drop off was a bit confusing but we figured it out.
