Sit outside on a private covered lanai on relaxing lounge chairs to watch the turtles, surfers and paddle boarders as you sip a beverage or prepare dinner on the BBQ. Walk 10 yards to Paia Bay to play in the sand. Shops and restaurants are a 2 minutes stroll out the front gate.

As you step into the living room you get the feeling to be still outdoors! The large picture windows allow for tons of natural light to come in and take advantage of the expansive views. To add to the visual, we have full surround sound system throughout the property with speakers indoors and outdoors.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the nights when you feel like staying in. In alternative there are plenty of restaurants and take away options at walking distance in Paia.
For after-dark entertainment you can move to the media room that has a large screen TV and a pull out couch.
There are only 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed.
A weekly mid-stay clean is mandatory for stays of two weeks or longer.
