Great Christmas Getaway

Great Christmas getaway with the family. Property just as described and accurate pictures. Frank was very tentative and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the memories!

Beautiful property but trouble with check-in

We were told that check-in was at 3 pm. We arrived at 3:20 pm, needing to go to the bathroom and with food that needed to be refrigerated. The cleaners were in the house so we could not get in. When I told the cleaner that we had a 3 pm check-in, the cleaner replied: "the check-in time for this property has always been 4 pm." I then got the paperwork out of the car that listed the 3 pm check-in time and went back to the cabin. When I showed the paperwork to the cleaner, she said: "you are probably at the wrong cabin." At that point, I went back to my car and called the owner, Frank, who called the property manager, Kaysone. Kaysone told me that the cleaners were new and had made a mistake. The cleaners finally left at 4 pm, at which point we went inside. The floors were wet as they had just been mopped, and I slipped on the wet floor. So I wiped them down with a towel. On Saturday, Kaysone texted me and asked if the handyman could deliver rocks to the cabin. I initially agreed as we were out shopping, but then texted back and asked that the handyman wait to come until the next day, as we wanted to have private time around the outdoor fire pit as a family. The handyman came anyway. The home is beautiful, but having to deal with rude cleaning people on Friday and a handyman on Saturday was not what we had hoped for. Frank did give me a $95 credit, but as that was less than 10% of the cost of the weekend, it was disappointing.

Fall Break

We had a relaxing time over Fall Break. The cabin had all the amenities plus extras like a s’mores kit for the kids. Great furnishings and cabin was clean and in great shape. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful cabin in Broken Bow

Property was as described. All you can ask for in a relaxing vacation home. The pond, patio and fire pit were awesome!!! Highly recommended.

Perfect location, house is beautiful, and the pond is the icing on the cake. Could not ask for more. We will be back!!

I first went to Broken Bow 20 years ago. Since then I started taking my kids when they were young. Now we have finally bought our dream cabin so we can enjoy as a family, as well as bring enjoyment to our friends, family and guest.
