The location is undoubtedly one of the best in the city within a short walking distance to Main Street, casual and fine dining, the Pier and shopping at Pacific City.

This is true beach living! With 2 balconies, side deck to entertain guests and elegant front patio where you can hear the crashing waves and enjoy spectacular sunsets!

The downstairs level offers an open floor plan with living room and a stunning gourmet fully equipped kitchen featuring high end appliances and center island with stove with grill and barstool seating. The kitchen opens into the dining room with dining table for 8 and an extra table that seats 4.

On the first floor you will also find an elegant powder room, laundry room and sliding door to access the side yard patio with BBQ and outdoor shower, perfect for entertaining and dining al fresco.

Huntington Beach is world-famous as "Surf City", from the 1960s Jan and Dean surf rock song of the same name, and much of surfing culture started and continues to evolve there, from surfing styles to surfing apparel companies that started there. Huntington Beach is also mentioned by name in the Beach Boys song "Surfin' Safari", where "at Huntington and Malibu they're shooting the pier".

The year-round temperature averages 67 degrees F, and good weather can be every month. However, the months of January to March can be rainy.

Huntington Beach is located at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and the Pacific Coast Highway. Interstate 405, which links John Wayne, Long Beach, and Los Angeles International Airports, intersects Beach Boulevard about 6 miles north of Huntington Beach.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

This Short Term Rental Agreement is between AIR CONCIERGE INC. (herein referred to as “Manager” or “Property Manager”) on behalf of and in accord with the Property Owner ("Owner") and you as Guest (or “Occupant” or “Renter”) of the date set forth on the reservation details confirmation noted on the confirmation which shall be received by the Parties via email as well as provided in the Airbnb.com software.  For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

SMOKING: A $1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of smoking inside or outside of the property within a 20’ radius of the property.

Fire and Fire Safety. Occupant is notified that the Property may be located in an area susceptible to fire, and as such Occupant agrees all conform with all applicable fire codes of any governmental authority, and ensure safe and reasonable use, management, and extinguishment of any fire places, bbq's, smoking (if permitted), fire pits and any other device or act involving the risk of fire. In the event Occupant discovers any fire related safety issues, Occupant shall immediately inform Manager and cease and desist immediately from undertaking, or continuing usage until inspection, remediation (if necessary) and written approval by Manager that use is permitted. Flammable substances and solids, such as gasoline, benzene, naphtha, cleaning fluids, explosives, and fireworks may not be used or stored on the Property. Lighted candles, incense, kerosene lamps, halogen lamps and tenant installed electric heaters may not be used in the Property. ALL COOKING MUST BE CONFINED TO DESIGNATED COOKING AREAS. Use of electrical appliances not provided with the Property, such as hot plates, heating coils, coffeepots, popcorn poppers, electric frying pans, toaster ovens, irons, and electric heaters are prohibited. Storage or placement of any items (including trash, bicycles, boxes, furniture, etc.) in public areas such as corridors, stairwells, or balconies is prohibited. Any and All decorations used in the Property shall be flameproof or fire resistant materials. Any additional lighting (i.e. Christmas lights) must be Management approved with proper installation and approved. No lights may be strung from any pipes or fire/safety equipment. Any violation of the above fire prevention regulations may be subject to fine and/or termination and removal of the Occupant from the Property.

Incredible beach access
This was a fantastic rental. Less than a block to PCH. Good size home. Top of the line kitchen appliances (although the microwave is in a closet...I moved it to the countertop for the duration of my stay). The house is stocked with everything you need for the beach: surfboard, several boogie boards, two wetsuits, several beach chairs and two umbrellas. Furniture and bed were comfortable (although I only used the master bedroom). The host was incredibly responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
