The fully-equipped kitchen, open to the living room, will enable you to cook delicious dishes to be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors, with an outdoor table and chairs also available on the terrace.
The 2 bedrooms (9 m²) each have a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
The bathroom has a shower and washbasin, and the toilet is in a separate room.
Take advantage of the maisonette's exterior, with its 11 m² terrace featuring garden furniture and private 1.30 m deep swimming pool, and stroll around the estate's 1000 m² wooded grounds. Don't miss out on the 34 m² putting green for golf enthusiasts!
There's also a barbecue and utensils for grilling under the Guadeloupean sun!

## Access

You will have private access to the entire property and its exteriors (terrace and swimming pool). You'll also have shared access to the golf course and putting green.

Domaine Alizé Sainte-Marthe is located in an attractive urban neighborhood on the edge of a rural area. Numerous shops are nearby.
Within a 2 km radius of the property, you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, a casino, an 18-hole golf course, a medical center and the town center of Saint-François with its local produce market.
The 2 nearest beaches are less than 3 km away.
The estate is a 50-minute drive from the airport.

## Transit

To get around and take full advantage of all the island has to offer, we strongly recommend renting a car.

## Notes

A parking space is available in a secure parking lot on the estate.
