Bayview Condo is an end unit that is located on Lake Winnipesaukee in Alton Bay. This contemporary condo has many features including two main floor bedrooms with adjoining full bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a gas fireplace. The open concept living area includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island with two seats, and a gas fireplace with mounted TV. The loft has a slider that has access to a private deck. Bayview also has a 900 square foot deck that overlooks Alton Bay. The walk-out basement leads to a 30-foot dock perfect for your boat. The basement has a pool table for your pleasure.
Amenities include central air conditioning, one television with basic cable, two gas fireplaces, wireless internet, coffee maker, toaster, electric grill, two tables on the deck, and chairs. From a short walk, you will find two ice cream stands, four restaurants, a public dock, public grassy area which hosts summer Saturday night concerts. Fireworks can be viewed from Bayview’s deck. The Mount Washington passenger boat offers weekly Sunday cruises around Lake Winnipesaukee as well as private evening cruises. Please check availability due to changes to their schedule. A wintertime highlight is watching the planes land on the FAA-approved ice runway located on Alton Bay which is located in front of Bayview.
Bayview is a perfect place to vacation in the summer as well as the winter in the Lakes Region.

Another amazing stay
Our 4th year renting this lovely condo, it did not disappoint! Clean, spacious, everything you need in the kitchen, right on the water with the marina next door, we love spending our vacations here and hope to continue for years to come. Love it!

Relaxing stay
We loved this place. It was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, loved the dock right outside the door and the location was perfect for the kids to walk around and entertain themselves when we weren't out on the boat. Mona was very quick to respond if we had any questions. Looking forward to going back. Thank you!

Beautiful Gem on Alton Bay
This condo is amazing - from the comfortable furnishings and spacious bedrooms, to the open kitchen with a breakfast bar to the huge furnished deck space and gorgeous views across Alton Bay! It is ideally located a short drive from many of the activities the Lakes Region has to offer. A two minute walk offers several restaurants as well as ice cream shops. If you want a vacation condo that will leave you not wanting to go home - this is it! Thank you Mona for sharing this gem!

GREAT CONDO!!!!! The location is AWESOME and very roomy with an awesome deck. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance....We couldn't have asked for anything more! Also Mona is great and went out of her way to help us find a place to park our trailer. We appreciated all the hospitality. Definitely will be back! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT VACATION.
