The house has central AC and Free WiFi. There is also a large laundry room in the home for your use.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 14 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a new large 70" UltraHD 4K TV, as well as a separate family room with its own TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The family room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV. There is an adjustable stand-up desk.

The lanai has an outdoor kitchen island with high-end private Heston BBQ, refrigerator and sink, outdoor living room, and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. The side yard is one of the largest in the community and is a great place for children to play. Enjoy your private pool with waterfall spa!

The outdoor shower is the largest in Ainamalu. The home and yard is surrounded by a 6-foot lava rock wall for more privacy.

County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

For those with children

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to travel with all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do

A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Aloha Paradise is a new home in the Ainamalu complex.
