Within walking distance to downtown and just a quick drive to the Old Mill District, this is the ideal spot to experience the beautiful city of Bend! It’s an easy drive to the Deschutes River, the many trails and lakes along the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway, Mount Bachelor (30 min), and so much more!

The Space:
This charming historic home features 2 BR and 1 BA. There are two queen bedrooms with closet space and in window AC units in the summer. Between them is a shared full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo and great lighting.

In the living room there is a cozy L shaped sofa facing the TV with sound bar for you to enjoy a movie from Blockbuster after a long day. Up the ladder is a loft area with office space and air mattresses for extra guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials. There is a dining table for four and a small breakfast bar for two. It is open concept to the living room, so if the chef is cooking up a gourmet feast they wont miss out on anything!

Laundry facilities are located in the basement.

There is a lovely outdoor area to lounge and enjoy the day, cook up some BBQ or just read a book. A gas BBQ is out in the summer months for grilling.

Guest Access:
Access to the entire home, there is only street parking. Owner storage in basement.
