The Space:
Nestled over at the Bella Vida Resort, just a measly 8 miles away from the magical kingdom of Walt Disney World (yeah, we're basically neighbors!), this 12-bedroom vacation home has room for your whole crew. It can host up to 30 guests at a time, so bring the whole fam!

Starting with the back sundeck, which is complete with an outdoor lounge where you can soak up that Florida sunshine. There's also a covered outdoor dining space and BBQ grill, perfect for family dinners! The food options continue as you step inside, to find stainless steel top-of-the-line appliances, a spacious island countertop, and fully stocked kitchen cabinetry. Whether you're a culinary genius or a fan of takeout, we've got you covered. The kitchen boasts not one, but two large fridge/freezer combo units, and two large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean-up.

After your meal, why not challenge your crew to a game of billiards? This fantastic home has a room for that too! Featuring a professional sized pool table and bar stool seating, the billiards room also has a large wall mounted flat screen TV - with complimentary high speed internet access of course!

The whole house is newly furnished, comes with central air conditioning, and has laundry machines inside the home. Each bedroom has a smart TV, and most of them include ensuite bathrooms. There's even free parking on the premises. You'll find a King bedroom suite, a Queen bedroom suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a bunk bed; all on the ground level of the home. Upstairs, there is another King bedroom suite, three different Queen bedrooms, two rooms with two full sized beds each, a room with two twin beds, and another room with bunk beds. Kids will love the fun decorations in their rooms featuring characters like Mickey Mouse, and their favourite comic-book Superheroes.

Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the resort's fantastic facilities. You've got a massive heated resort-style community pool and a sundeck where you can catch some rays. Or maybe you'd rather shoot some hoops or spike some volleyballs at our sports courts. Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."

The Neighborhood:

If you're the adventurous type, theme parks and water parks are just a stone's throw away (well, a short drive, but who's counting?), and we've got golf courses, restaurants, and shops galore to keep you entertained.

Other Things to Note:
• The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

• We're happy to deliver:
→ a BBQ grill with propane tank included for $70/per tank.
→ a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
→ a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

• If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
