We were originally just scheduled to stay in Pensacola, but unfortunately, a hurricane came through so we found this location last second. Couldn’t have been more happy with the property, the beach, and the host. Exceptional service all the way around. Will definitely come again!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! The views are stunning, and the location is perfect for many activities. Access to the beach is easy with a very short walk. This condo has everything you need and more! Sunrise and moon light views are remarkable! This is the second year my Granddaughter and I have stayed here and we couldn't have been more pleased!

My family loved the condo! We had so much fun at the beach and in the pools on the property. We have stayed at several condos at Kingston and this was by far our favorite. There is no better view than what you can get here. Looking out over the beach and at night being able to sit and watch the fireworks from the balcony was great!

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. The wrap around balcony was my favorite part, spent hours out there enjoying the view. Plenty of seating options on the balcony which was nice. Check in/check out was a breeze. Great parking. Very nice and secure area.Have stayed at Myrtle Beach many times and this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. Hope to be back next year!

The Condo was just beautiful and comfortable! I think it might just be the best we have ever rented. The area is close to excellent restaurants and just about anything you would want to do in Myrtle Beach.

The fact this condo is centrally located between Barefoot landing and Bradway at the beach is also convenient. It gives you options on how to spend the day for sure. Although I must be honest the wrap around balcony with its breath-taking view usually keeps me put for many a day. I appreciate you taking time to write a review Edward. This is our second time staying at this location. We just love it! So clean, amazing views, comfortable, amazingly furnished, great wrap around porch, and kitchen is wonderful for making family meals. My daughter loves the accent lighting too. Owner is super helpful.Can’t wait for our next visit!

As you rest and relax time seems to flow out to sea with the tide. The layout of the kitchen with full access to a breath-taking view makes meal prep a breeze. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean condo! Perfect for our family vacation. Having the tall glass windows allowed us to see the ocean all the time, and the furniture on the large balcony was great for sunrise and evening sitting. We loved it!

Best Condo Ever

Amazing Place and Host

This property was so wonderful! The cleanliness, decor, view, condo grounds, everything were amazing! We’ve stayed at a LOT of Myrtle Beach properties but this is the one that is #1. Property owner communication was detailed and responsive. Absolutely recommend and will be coming back.

Vacation to remember

Very clean with excellent appliances, bed were comfortable and rooms had plenty of space. The balacony was awesome never stayed somewhere with a wrap around balcony, would be willing to stay at this location next year

This property is amazing! The owner was great with responding to questions, polite, and genuinely kind. The pictures are amazing, but they actually don't do the property justice. The views of the ocean are fantastic, and the balcony is a great place to hang out, work, and enjoy the view. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful space and great stay

Brenda's condo was beautifully updated and very clean. My sisters and mom and I do some cooking throughout the week and loved kitchen. The balcony is spacious and the beds were all so comfortable. We've already booked for next year!

I had a fantastic experience.!!!The place was spotless, which made settling in easy and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the wrap-around porch—spending mornings and evenings there, taking in the sweeping ocean views, was the best part of the trip. The condo was everything you see in the bio and more. The views every morning were incredible along with the dolphins swimming by.

Best view in Myrtle Beach

Brenda is awesome and so is her condo. Easy access, great view, huge patio, great kitchen and living area. Brenda is very responsive and eager to help in any way.

Family beach trip

We had a great time staying at this property! The location was perfect. It was close to our favorite places and we love the gated community. The condo was gorgeous and everything was top notch.
