We stayed for a little over a week and really enjoyed the property. The home was clean, the pool and hot tub was amazing, esp. after a long day at the parks. The host was very responsive. If there was one item I would change, it would be to have a topper for the master bed to make it a little softer, but that is a preference item for sure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it and stay there again ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very well cared for, and our family loved the game room and pool. The pool was clean and ready for us to enjoy on our rest days, and choosing to have it heated was absolutely worth it, it felt amazing on our sore muscles after long days at Disney and Universal! The owner was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. The location was also very convenient, only about a 10–15 minute drive from the parks and nearby shopping. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again!

Negatief: Communicatie
The house is lovely, well laid out , the kitchen equipped with just about everything you will need. The pool and hot tub were great. The location is excellent. The mattresses are very firm but we were not uncomfortable, the pillows were awful. However this is a home in need of some refurbishing and more attention to general routine maintenance. Nothing serious but many many little things like dead batteries in all the tv remotes which we replaced. Part of the screening on the lanai was ripped out , The area carpets are either very old or just dirty. Some of the outlets don't work. A call to the management company with some general questions was useless. They never called. We were not allowed to turn the thermostat below 72 so the bedrooms were warm. This was not disclosed to us until after we booked and paid for everything otherwise I would have passed on this rental.

House was very convenient to the parks. The kids loved the pool. Good value for the money. The only reason I did not give 5 stars across the board was, and this is picky, wish the bed, sheets and pillows were more comfortable and higher quality.
