Het is perfect gelegen aan het gewilde zuidelijke uiteinde van Topsail Beach, op korte afstand van winkels, restaurants en de vispier Jolly Roger. Binnenin vindt u een comfortabele, rustige inrichting en een keuken met alle voorzieningen. 10 kunnen comfortabel slapen op drie queensize bedden, twee tweelingen en een slaapbank, met alle slaapkamers direct aan de oceaan. Er zijn zelfs twee porta-cribs voor de kleintjes!

Beautiful views from the upper deck, kitchen well stocked (bring your own spices etc). Lots of stairs but not a problem if you are at least somewhat fit. The house is about 2 miles to nearest coffee shop and Topsail Beach town center, and 7 miles to Surf City.

Second time staying here. Very clean upon arrival and check-in was super smooth. Fantastic location and a view you cannot beat! An added bonus was getting to watch a sea turtle nest hatch our last evening there right next to the house!

We loved our vacation at Sea-Zen. The home was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean! View of the ocean from every room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night and big enough pots and pans for a big family. And the refrigerator is huge. The host was also amazing and responded to my questions within minutes. I was concerned when I read reviews about the thermostat and being hot, but I never once got hot or even uncomfortable.

If comfort is important, don't stay here. The beds were uncomfortable and very firm. The temperature of the house is on a schedule and at a set temperature. You don't even get to turn it off without a password for the thermostat. We were very cold, uncomfortable and on a stair master with all the steps. We were sad to leave the beach but the walk out over the sand dune is rough and we missed having more amenities.

I apologize that the beds were uncomfortable. New mattresses for all the beds have been purchased and will be arriving next month. Guests are advised to contact the owner if they want the indoor temperature to be adjusted to their liking. Photos of our home are shown on our listing, and the number of stairs/steps were shown in a number of these.

What a wonderful home! We have never seen a layout with the top floor being the main living area. The kitchen, master bedroom, dining room and living room all have beautiful views of the beach. There is even a small patio off the kitchen for sunset views. Pearl was a great communicator and provided all the information we needed. Great value, great views, great time away. Shout out to Topsail Steamer. You order a steam pot with anything you want in it and pick it up. Two cups of water, 40 minutes on the stove and we had the best crab boil of our lives with zero work.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the peaceful atmosphere. We very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was well prepared when we arrived. We had a problem working the television, but it was easy to reach our hostess and she walked us through the process. The house was very clean and all the appliances were in good condition. No Problems!--that's what we like!The condo has direct and quick access to the beach. The beach is beautiful and clearly visible from inside the house.

There are a few things that really make Topsail Beach stand out as a perfect vacation spot. First, it's never crowded. Topsail Beach has the feel of a classic family beach spot, no high-rises, no traffic, friendly folks everywhere. Even in peak season, there's never a crowd on the beach. Second, even though it's small Topsail Beach has all the amenities, with a grocery store, restaurants, seafood shop, souvenirs and even a church nearby. Finally, it's easy to get to, either by driving or flying into Wilmington airport less than an hour away.

Our home is perfectly located halfway between the Jolly Roger Fishing Pier and Serenity Point, a beautiful, wide expanse of sand at the southern tip of the island.
