Only our second season on the rental market, 51 Grande Pointe Drive is a spacious and airy Florida style house with decks on all four floors that each feature bed swings and comfortable seating to rest while enjoying the ocean breeze. All four levels are serviced by elevator for easy access. All five bedrooms are ROOMY and three feature direct deck access. There are five full baths, three of which are en suite.
Tall ceilings, oversized doors, and open floor plan contribute to the spacious feel.
A luxurious neighborhood pool is just a few steps from our door. Also accessible by car or bike, the Orange Street beach access is a pleasant 15 minute walk, where the powdery white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico await you. The beach access features ample parking, restrooms, outdoor showers, boardwalk beach access, and Lifeguard station.
Immediately adjacent to our property is Camp Helen State Park, an unspoiled piece of coastal forest awaiting your exploration. A very short walk away is beautiful Lake Powell, one of the largest tidal pool lakes on the coast, popular for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more.
Conveniently located near the popular 30A strip, home to upscale shopping and unique cafes, yet within a relaxed residential neighborhood, our house is only 10 minutes from the high energy Pier Park, a great shopping/dining/entertainment venue in Panama City Beach.
Whether it's shopping, dining, sightseeing, catching some sun at the beach, biking, lounging at the pool, or enjoying a variety of water sports on the lake, you will find no shortage of fun-filled activities to enjoy in beautiful Inlet Beach!

Relaxing Stay
We loved our stay! It was a very clean home with lots of extra touches that went above and beyond. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family. We loved the porch swings. The beds sleep comfortably. We were super close to the pool and just a short drive to the beach. We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and beautiful with nature all around. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Home away from home
This property was just as listed. The property was clean and inviting. We loved the decor and the location of the property. The 4 levels gave everyone some privacy and the elevator assisted with assisted my parents with mobility issues in getting around. My family and I did not want to leave and look forward to staying again. Great location and hosts checked in frequently.

I would highly recommend this property! We came to the beach to celebrate our nieces wedding and the house was perfect. It was extremely clean and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and very enjoyable! Chip and Karen were also very accommodating and easy to work with! Wonderful Home!
This house was perfect for our family get together! With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, our group of 10 adults and 3 small children had plenty of comfortable space. The large well-equipped kitchen provided us the luxury of cooking family meals together with plenty of room for everyone to help. Would definitely recommend!

Great place and great hosts
Hosts are easy to reach, knowledgeable of the area, and very helpful. Check in is easy and the pre trip information is very thorough. The property is clean and in a wonderful area. The only issue was the elevator was being worked on while we were there.

Wonderful vacation home!
This home was a perfect spot for our extended family vacation. From the grandparents to the infant, everyone had a great time here. The beach is a short drive across the highway, or the pool is next door. The home itself was very clean and enjoyable, and we loved the large kitchen to cook all of our meals. Chip and Karen were very good at communication, even when we had questions about the property. We did have one issue with HOA with parking our RV on-site, but they took care of it for us. Highly recommended place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Inlet Beach! We would definitely go back. The house was beautiful and very clean. We had six adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. Wish we could of stayed longer. The Orange St beach access was convenient and we always found a parking space. We definitely recommend this house! Thanks Chip and Karen for sharing your home.

First Family Vacation
This was our first family vacation and the house was more than could be imagined with several outside spaces and an expansive interior. Lush carpet and comfortable beds made it feel like home.

Great Inlet Beach Vacation Home
We stayed here over spring break/mid March 2022. We chose the house mostly for what appeared to be a spacious floor plan. And that aspect did not disappoint. We had one teen, one couple and one single adult and we all had our own discreet areas including bathroom. Plus the two younger kids had their choice of two bunk bed areas. They chose the upper area which worked out well since there is a bathroom in that room as well. The house worked out great for us. The main floor has a lot of room and alot of seating. We never felt on top of each other. There is also alot of room to spread out on the patios. The bedrooms are also all very spacious. All of the appliances and amenities in the kitchen area and otherwise were great. We had mostly everything we needed in that regard. The main floor laundry area was helpful also. We also enjoyed the location. Especially during spring break. It was nice being off 30A for spring break. And the beach was just a short golf cart ride away. And I would say the beach access is walkable also. If you are looking for a quiet get away to the 30A area this is a very nice choice.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our stay very much in this beautiful, spacious, noticeably clean home. The beds were comfortable. The elevator was helpful for the older generation in our group. The porches on every floor were lovely; watched the sunset over Powell Lake from the fourth floor. Upon our arrival we realized nothing was too far away - walked to Cafe Aroma most mornings and biked to the beach, Camp Helen State Park and even to Rosemary Beach. Grocery stores were a short drive away (~ 2 miles). The owners were extremely communicative and easy to work with throughout the rental process making our experience a real pleasure.

Excellent Place to Stay in Inlet Beach Area
Wonderful place to stay. Very convenient for access to beach, pool, restaurants, and stores. My wife and I would walk to The Inlet every morning for a swim. The family loved the neighborhood pool next door to us. Some days we just had it to ourselves! The house definitely had all the amenities. Would definitely come back here again!

Inlet Beach
A last minute booking made easy by wonderful owners. I wasn’t familiar with Inlet Beach, but was familiar with the opposite end of 30A, so I felt ‘safe’ in the booking. We had teens to toddlers in the group, so the layout of bedrooms worked beautifully. Be aware - many stairs so it was a challenge with toddlers . The elevator is a great benefit for handicapped or those less fit. The pool was practically in the backyard! Although Inlet is part of 30 A, you should understand you will need a car (3 -5 minute depending on traffic) to access the public beach or nearby Rosemary. (bring your own beach toys and canopy). The parking at the public beach was good if you arrive in the morning. Lots of road construction and building still in progress nearby making golf cart not feasible from this neighborhood to 30 A. Public and Winn Dixie just a couple of miles to the East made shopping fast and convenient. I highly recommend having your morning coffee from any one of the balconies.... very serene.

Just a short walk to the most beautiful beach in America, even a shorter walk to our large and luxurious community pool. Then there's the natural beauty of Lake Powell, one of the largest tidal pool lakes on the coast, where you can enjoy a number of water activities. Grande Pointe is bordered by the pristine Camp Helen State Park awaiting your exploration. The up and coming Inlet Beach area features several laid back casual restaurants and cafes. inlet Beach is adjacent to the very popular 30A district, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll or bike ride along quaint, high end beach shops and restaurants. Not too far away, there's Pier Park, which includes shopping and dining, as well as amusement park rides. You will enjoy people-watching as you dine outdoors on the sidewalk.
Inlet Beach has just the right mix of amenities, without the crowds of Panama City Beach and Destin.
