Enjoy the amazing amenities of Treasure Lake at the newly updated "Condo on the Green". Our 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo is completely ADA compliant and handicapped accessible and sleeps 4. It is located in Silverwoods directly overlooking the Silverwoods Golf Course. Everything has been newly updated with fresh paint, flooring, cabinets, appliances, and furniture. The bedroom has a queen bed with a TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa and large TV. There is a large deck with patio furniture, dining table and chairs, and charcoal grill. There is also a nice backyard for activities. Treasure Lake offers 2 amazing golf courses, an indoor pool, and large outdoor pool with a kiddie pool. There is a great pool bar and an awesome restaurant called Duffer's within Treasure Lake. There are 2 lakes, marina, beaches, playgrounds, and hiking trials.

Great location
The condo at Treasure Lake was the perfect place for us to stay before and after our trip to State College for a football game. Beautiful location on a golf course.

Wheelchair-friendly condo
Really nice property in a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the surrounding scenery and wildlife. The condo was well stocked and comfortable for 2 people. The bed and furniture were comfortable to use, and everything was very clean. I am a full-time manual wheelchair user and paraplegic. Overall, this condo was wheelchair-friendly and worked for us. There is a small (4 inch) step up onto the porch, which I needed assistance to clear. Hallways, doorways and open areas around the condo were adequately wide enough to maneuver around. I was not able to direct transfer to the bed due to the bed height, but was able to manage with a transfer board. The bathroom has one grab bar to the right of the toilet, no grab bars at the shower. If anything is lacking accessibility-wise, more grab bars would have been helpful. This condo is a great option for someone who needs accessible accommodations. If we're in the Treasure Lake area in the future, we would stay here again.

Hi!! We are the DeRose family from Pittsburgh, PA. We fell in love with Treasure Lake after a spontaneous visit in 2018. So much that in 2019 we built a lake home here and have been enjoying Lake Life weekends and summers since. We have family and friends that visit often and love the amazing amenities and the endless fun here.

We bought this condo on a whim and spent 3 months renovating it. We wanted others to have an opportunity to experience all that Treasure Lake has to offer. This is our first property that we have for short term rentals.
