We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered more than enough space to comfortably accommodate our entire family, including our furry companions. We had no complaints whatsoever and would absolutely choose to stay here again if it is available during our next visit.

We absolutely loved this location. It was close to Ana Maria island - we rented bikes and rode to the island. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys in the house that made our trips to the beach more enjoyable. Lots of bedrooms for our whole family to stretch out.

The place is awesome, clean and fully equipped, conveniently close to grocery stores, shopping plazas, restaurants and 7 driving minutes to Anna Maria Island and Manatee county public beaches. Backyard is super cool to hang out and grill out. Host was very responsive nice. The master bedroom is warmer than the rest of the house and a strong sulfur smell comes out of it, they have lots of space fans and we brought febreze air freshener and that helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will totally stay again!

Excellent location and overall a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, which made our time there very enjoyable. The only minor detail we didn’t expect was that the bunk bed room did not have doors, but everything else was good.

Quiet and very spacious

Great vacation

We really enjoyed the space it was nice but when we checked in we felt like the main bathroom could have been cleaned better and the master bed sheets had hair on them and crumbs we did clean it up ourselves other than that great house great stay thank you

Great location

We enjoyed our stay to celebrate my graduation, It was an amazing weekend with family, Tons of space to host a large family!! Host is very communicative and will listen/address any issues that are noted. Highly recommend this home and make sure you take the drive out to Anna Maria island, soo beautiful!

Overall it was a good stay but with a few issues. the fridge in the kitchen the door would not stay shut , we had to use a large plastic kitchen spoon to keep it shut. a couple of times during the stay there was a very strong sewer smell in the house . We raised the windows to help get the smell out. One bedroom didn't have very good AC venting, would stay warmer than the rest of the house. But the house is very close to AMI.

Location is superb!! We love the Cortez area. The beds were phenomenal. I wish we could’ve packed them up & brought them home with us lol. There’s plenty of room for a large group. The pool table got used and the back yard was beautiful! Landscaping was really nice. The down sides..some preventable & some not so much. The sewer gas smell was awful. We went & bought air freshener that only helped momentarily. Do NOT open the garage door in the laundry room!! The smell is horrific! I almost got sick! The washer & dryer was great to have but Super loud & there’s no way to close that off. The floors were very dirty upon arrival & no broom to sweep. The master bd/ba didn’t seem to be as well ventilated & the master shower doesn’t drain well. We do understand there was a hurricane last year, and some things are how they are due to that. We just wanted to leave an honest review. The sewer gas smell & the floors were the only things keeping this from being a 5 star stay.

The location of this property is ideal if you are looking to visit Anna Maria Island daily. The property is spacious, well-located, has ample parking, and has comfortable beds. We arrived on a very hot day and noticed that the air conditioning system didn't cool the back rooms properly, so we had to use some fans we found on-site. After a couple of days, we noticed an intermittent sewage smell coming from one of the bathrooms; apparently, the house needs some repairs with its sewage system. The host was always available and very helpful. Overall, we had a good experience and had a great time.

Pleasant Area

First entrance into the home was beautiful, but after being there for an hour, realized there were ants everywhere inside the home especially inside the showers. There was no "spa" as described in the listing. Home should have been cleaned better, had to scrape down and clean the grill as it was caked with prior cooked food. It was close to anna maria beach so that was a plus!

Location was nice and close to the beach. Access was great. Amenities were close by. Parking was great. Neighbors were great. Property cleanliness was so so. The complaints that we had were as follows:1. Fridge in kitchen didn’t work, so we had to use fridge in utility room.2. There was literally one bath towel each, no more. There were a few beach towels.3. Kitchen was kind of dirty.4. There was one roll of paper towels.5. There were very limited kitchen supplies.6. There were no dish towels or dish rags, and very little dish soap, we had to use wash clothes just to clean the counters.7. There were only two trash bags period.8. They want you to start the dish washer when you leave, but there is no dish washer soap.It served the purpose for the two nights that our party was there, but we probably would not go there again.Not a problem that is in the control of the Property owner, BUT!! The traffic to the beach was horrendous, only 2 - 2.5 miles, but can take you up to 1 - 1.5 hours. If you want a parking spot you better get there really early! Just be aware!!

Monet, beautiful from a distance but a mess up close.

The decor was lovely, the rooms and outside area looked just like what it showed in the ad. Very close to the beaches not walking distance but a 5-10 min drive with out traffic. About 30-45 minutes with traffic. Holiday weekend there was always traffic. The hosts left pleny of beach towels and puzzles in case of rain. We brought other games but the rocks outside made most impossible to play without injury. The master bedroom was lovely, but the local principality apparently used sulfur in the sewer system, so the back bedrooms stunk the entire time we were there. Even though it's a beach vibe don't wear sandals. Small hard rocks surround the house and always find a way into your shoes and into the house. The soft sand near the reclining chairs was nice, but you had to cross the hard rocks to get there. Two of the beds were air mattresses! WTH. All the rooms had tv's and electric fans but they did not all have remotes to control them. So some guests could not turn their ceiling fans on. It's July o.O Unfortunately my husband felt the need to start cleaning as soon as we got there. He felt the bar counter O.O Overall great look but it didn't deliver 😕.

We were very sorry to read this review… for one, we do not own any air mattresses. Perhaps you’re referring to our $2,500 sleep number bed? Most of what you mentioned here are either completely out of our control and/or clearly shown in photos (the rocks). Truly disheartening to work so hard for our guests just to receive such a low review…

WATSON WEDDING PARTY

THE PARTY ENJOYED THEIR STAY AND THEY HAD PLENTY OF ROOM, PLENTY OF SPACE, AND GREAT ENTERTAINMENT OUTSIDE EVEN THOUGH A HURRICANE CAME BLASTING THROUGH A WEEK EARLIER. KALISON WAS GREAT WITH COMMUNICATION ON ANY ISSUES AS WELL AS LETTING US GO IN EARLY TO FILL THE BOTH REFRIGERATORS WITH FOOD AND DRINKS. YOU HAVE A VERY NICE PLACE.

Girls trip!!

Me and my friends stayed here for about a week and absolutely loved it! Kalison was so amazing and helped with everything we needed, she gave me tons of recommendations and was the sweetest! Loved chatting with her! There was a couple of hiccups and the rental could use some need slight updates in certain areas but nothing to interfere with the trip. The beach is beautiful I come here every year and I’m so glad I picked this rental this year I really hope to be back!!! We were about 15 away from everything. Backyard is so pretty and rooms are so cute!!!
