Beautiful beach location but overpriced
The best thing about the condo was that we were a one minute and 45 second walk from the ocean. We rented chairs and umbrellas directly in front of our condo and that was fabulous.We enjoyed the small pool which had nice chairs for sunning and we used the hot tub as well.The beds and couches in the condo were comfortable.The small kitchen was adequate with the large refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, etc.Having a large washer and dryer was convenient. The screened balcony was a nice eating area for the kids.The entry area porch was a great place to leave our sandy flip-flops and sand toys.The bathrooms were clean as were the inside of the refrigerator and oven.
The apartment overall was dated, cluttered with old and dusty knickknacks.It needs overall renovation, and at a minimum drywall repair and new paint everywhere.Cupboards everywhere were filled to the brim with disorganized knickknacks and decorations.Every kitchen cupboard was completely full with unmatching dishes of every shape and size, leaving no room for food storage.The top of the refrigerator hasn’t been organized or cleaned in many months.The kitchen countertops, bar countertop, and glass dining room table were dirty.
Carrying a wagon with items to the beach requires taking an elevator, which is good, but the problem is you have to take a half a flight of stairs to get to the elevator.
There was a lot of nighttime noise which affected the bedrooms on the parking lot side.
