This professionally decorated house includes upgraded furnishings and is loaded with amenities to make your beach vacation sensational. The large open living and dining area is the perfect gathering place to enjoy the company of family and friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. Dining seats 12-14 comfortably. The Kitchen, Living Room, and 1 Master Bedroom are located on the upper level with ocean views. The open Living area has smart TV with surround sound. The Bluetooth receiver allows you to listen to your favorite songs as you drink a cocktail. The living room area has a gas fireplace.

Each bedroom has a private full bathroom with a shower. All beds have high-end mattresses guaranteeing you a good night’s rest in ultimate comfort. The house includes 3 King Master Suites, and two separately controlled zones for Central air and heat.

The laundry closet consists of a Whirlpool high capacity washer/dryer.

The new pool was installed in 2019 and has bench seating to make it easy to relax. The pool is surrounded by stamped concrete and is big enough to easily accommodate the entire family. An umbrella and pool lounge chairs are provided. A swing for an infant is available in the pool area.


The enclosed backyard and pool area will beckon you to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or just relax on the colorful lounge chairs. An outside shower is conveniently located by the pool area so you can quickly remove the sand from your toes before you enter the house or the pool. For the outdoor cooking enthusiast, a stainless-steel Weber grill (gas provided) is available for your culinary pursuits. There is an additional refrigerator located on the pool level for your beverages and grilling foods saving countless steps up to the main kitchen on the second level.

While vacationing in this home you will have lots of options on how to spend your days; the beach is only a few steps away or relax by the pool. What to do first will be the hardest decision you make all week!

Additional amenities include: Cable TVs in all bedrooms, DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer and Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Central Heat & Air, Gas Log Fireplace in the Living Room, and wireless internet access with 1 GB download speed.

Bedrooms: 1 King, 1 King, 1 King, 1 Double & 1 Bunk, 1 Queen & Bunk. For extra sleeping: 1 roll away bed and a pull out sofa sleeper on the top floor.

*Pool can be heated upon request for an extra daily fee. Rates vary based on the time of year but ranges between $60 to $80 per day.
