Nice property, shame about neighbours and extra costs
Property
21 night stay. Family of 4 (2 adults, an 18 year old and a 15 year old).
Property was as listed.
I would suggest avoiding the upper bunk bed as there are no fixings, which cause it to sway about.
Some of the games in the games room don't work, e.g. electronics on the table football and basketball game didn't work, TV had no remote controls, there is no games console and no darts for the dart board. These are shown in the pictures but not mentioned in the property description, so technically you shouldn't expect them.
Resort
Resort is in a great location. Disney parks were about 20 mins away. Universal about 40 mins. The 192 and i27 are under 10 mins away so lots of options for eateries, shops and supermarkets.
We didn't use the communal pool but my son used the fitness room and felt it had everything he needed.
Resort rules are not followed by other guests. Neighbours had music blaring and parties in the pool area from 10am to 3am.
Communication with host
Excellent prior to booking and during our stay. We had an issue with the pool heating (which was checked out quickly) and AC stopped working (which was fixed with about an hour).
Note of caution for non USA guests. Rather than bill me, and allow me to pay via my method of choice, Lennon took payment using the card details that were used for the deposit (which he had kept on record). This incurred a £150 ($190) non-sterling transaction fee by my credit card provider, which was entirely avoidable.
