This house has a spectacular lake view from both the living room and huge deck area. The deck area is shaded during the afternoon/evening and has a Hot Tub.
It makes a perfect couple’s retreat for a quiet and relaxing weekend.
A free boat landing is located just a few miles away and we have a large gated yard where you can park your boat.

Xmas Trip

Close to town with the perfect distance for peace and relaxation. Couldnt ask for more than looking at tye stars over the Lake. Everything about the home was perfect.

Another amazing getaway!!

Just an hour from our house in Tulsa but felt like we were much farther away. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities you could ask for. Thank you Ricky & Michelle for another amazing stay!! We definitely hope to be back again soon!

Weekend getaway

This property was absolutely amazing! It was so peaceful and relaxing. It was super clean. The host made a welcome guide that included menus to nearby restaurants, locations of commonly used stores, and locations of nearby hospitals. I will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely Home

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake. House has a wonderful layout. Bedrooms and bathrooms on each end of house with large living area in center for visiting. Will be staying again.

Relaxing experience

Amazing view and lots of thoughtful details including a very comfy primary bedroom mattress, Bluetooth speaker for use, towels for the hot tub, etc. We loved it.

Perfect getaway!

Owners are very nice and incredibly responsive. Our family of 4 visited for spring break and we definitely plan on coming back! The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is central to so many activities and served as a welcome and relaxing home base. The view from the deck and hot tub (especially at sunrise) is unbeatable. Highly recommend!!

Hot Tub Christmas

We stayed as a Christmas present to ourselves for a little R&R and couldn't be happier with our stay. Ricky just finished installing a hot tub and it was wonderful to sit in it and enjoy the beautiful view. He was just a call away with any questions and he was extremely prompt in helping with anything we needed. We are looking forward to staying again in the spring and bringing our kayaks.

Beautiful View, Quiet Lake

We enjoyed a relaxing time during our stay in Pryor. The views went on forever! Sunrises are the best on this deck. It was easy access to area highways to other attractions (float trip, Blue Hole Park (mineral-fed Spring), and Grand Lake to meet friends). Ricky was easy to communicate with before & after our stay. The welcome book explained all the details for the home.

Our Memory Trip

This property was beautiful and a perfect place for me, my daughter, my son, and my daughter-in-love to stay. Our trip was a memory trip in honor of our loved one (husband/father). We had all lived in this NEOK area for decades. The property was centrally located around Pryor, Salina, Spavinaw, and Langley. That was perfect for us. And the house was a lovely, clean, calming place to rest at the end of each day.

Gift for Mom

We rented this as a gift for my mother-in-law and her sister. They loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful view. There is no direct lake access- which they were ok with, but, for people looking for that particular amenity may like to know. My husband and his two siblings drove up and cooked his mom a birthday dinner. The kitchen was well stocked and the set up of the lake home is exactly what he thought a good layout would be. Awesome experience!
