The large gourmet kitchen has a central island perfect for impromptu get-togethers. The house is outfitted with everything you need. The family room includes another gas fireplace, wet bar with a wine cooler and 65” smart TV and overlooks the private pool and spa.

The fresh, tranquil floor plan includes a primary king bedroom with seating area, generous closet space and a large ensuite jacuzzi tub/shower with separate toilet room. Two more beautiful full bathrooms with showers are nearby. All four chic fully appointed bedrooms include Smart TVs that feature DirecTV & Netflix. There are also plenty of additional luxury towels, linens and bedding in the linen closet.

The backyard fully embraces outdoor desert living and entertaining with a pool and spa that is surrounded by beautiful natural rock. All of the stunning tile and pool equipment was newly installed in late 2021. The outdoor oasis includes a rear shaded tranquil sitting and lounging area, BBQ and covered patio dining area with seating for eight.
