Inside, luxurious furniture and attractive wall art, floors, and decor combine to bring a welcoming ambiance to the living space, and the mirrored wall helps to increase the feeling of space. Watch a good movie on the TV then hop into the full kitchen and take advantage of the stainless steel appliances to prepare a wonderful meal. The dining table has seating for guests and you can enjoy al-fresco meals out on the private balcony. Work up a good sweat in the fitness room then head downstairs for a cool-down swim in the shared, heated pool. Fire up one of the shared grills to enjoy a family cookout or take a stroll out to the adjacent beach. You'll find something for everyone here at Sterling Sands!

While the beach is just steps from your rental, you'll find even more opportunities for fun in the sun at places like the Track where you can hop in a go-kart, play mini-golf, or brave the SkyFlyer, located right across the street. Race down some incredible water slides at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, less than a mile west. Or head to Henderson Beach State Park, a mile-and-a-half east, where you can hike the nature trail, do a little fishing, or relax on the warm sands.

Things to Know
There is an amenity fee per person (5 years old and up) of $15 plus tax paid to the HOA directly on the property at the time of your arrival and check-in to register with the HOA. Also, note that beach towels are not provided.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
