This charmer is located in the resort core near Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa. With a 
bedroom and bath on each level there is space to spread out and make yourself at home. The main floor offers a bedroom with king bed and adjoining bathroom
(tub/shower combination). The window seat is bright and perfect for reading by
natural light. The family room, coffee nook, kitchen and dining area are all on the main floor. There is a large flat screen TV in the main gathering space and a
second TV in the lower level Game Room. The upper deck with grill and additional dining space is just off the indoor eating area and ready for alfresco dining at any
time! The upper level of the home hosts the loft bedroom with king bed and
private bathroom (shower). The adjacent lounge area opens to the family room
below. The lower level bedroom features two twin beds and a full bathroom
(tub/shower combination). The game room is a  place for all ages to mingle and
mash! In addition to a large variety of board and card games, the game room
offers Super Chexx hockey and a Power Putt video golf game! A second deck is
found just outside the game room and ready for game breaks!
