One Particular Harbor is a 3br/3ba townhome located in the Coco Plum area of Marathon. All 3 bedrooms have king beds & full baths, perfect for 3 couples. The back balconies face east for afternoon shade & relaxing sea breezes. Enjoy the beautiful view of the marina & Atlantic Ocean, just beyond the marina, from both balconies. Relax in the tropical complex pool that is less than 100 feet away from the front porch. The pool is heated in the winter & chilled in the summer for year round enjoyment, & has a large Tiki Hut for those who just want to relax in the shade. There is also a tennis/pickle ball court by the pool. Coco Plum Beach is less than 1/2 mile away, & Sombrero Beach is approximately 5 miles away. The carport will accommodate up to 2 cars & there is additional guest parking in the complex. There is a storage area with a freezer off the carport for your coolers, fishing gear, beach gear, etc..

There isn't a boat slip associated with this property, or boat trailer parking available onsite. If you do plan on bringing a boat, please call the marina at 305-680-8599 to check slip availability & pricing before making the reservation.

Great stay
We had a nice time staying at this property - it was extremely clean, well decorated, and in a peaceful location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balconies with a lovely marina view. Glen was quick to answer any questions we had and provided information when needed. Overall, we would definitely stay here in the future if we return to Marathon.

Stellar Stay!!!!
This property was immaculate. So cleanly. The kitchen has everything you need! Comfy beds. Beach towels. Beach chairs. I’ve never said this in a rating before but the style of decor and the art work…amazing. Perfect. We had the best time. Location was great for all of the tourist activities. Close enough…yet a nice distance from the crowds. Sitting on the decks with the amazing view…just can’t beat it. Highly recommend.

Great location
The property was excellent for our family of 6 adults. We never felt crowded, beautiful views off balconies, and fully stocked kitchen that had we had breakfast and lunch in most days and a few dinners. That saved us a ton of money versus a hotel. Glenn is a great host and answered any questions I had quickly. This is a very nice place to go to Key West from also. Easy drive there and back for a day trip.

Quick Family Vacation
Everything was exceptional at this property. Our family enjoyed the setting and spent a lot of time in the heated pool. The short walk to the public beach area was nice but you do need to keep your shoes on at this beach. We had one very small issue but after talking to the owner, it was addressed nearly immediately to everyone's satisfaction. All six of us were comfortable and enjoyed our time there.

The complex is very tranquil & beautifully landscaped. The amenities are very well maintained. Close to local restaurants, Coco Plum beach, fishing & sight seeing charters.
